Cause i saw something that usually wouldnt work uh It was O-N-C & carl hit them wit every hit of 3D, the carl never once moved forwards but still hit them with 5B & then during the beginning of the round he did 5B an it hit

Well u never kno. They made the proration better after a guard break, they said its about the same as a Non-CH move

after an air guard break they fly & wall bounce then they get stunned on the ground a lil. U have enought time to combo , Lets say Air guard break puts u in O-C-N u can Viv-A/B back into C-O-N then go J.2c-allecan>5c>Volante>J.2c-allecan>5c>J.c/J.b>2D>J.2c>J.c>8D>2C Fermata im guessin some where around 3.8k-4.3k

It sends the flyin the opposite direction of the guard break soo if its C-O-N an u do Brio, they will fly pass carl puttin it in a O-C-N. An on that note sure tager cant move out the way but... if he lets go of block just before Brio hits then brio will send him flying away & saving him. Cause brio is carls worst option for comboing, especially in CS2. With that said wouldn't it be smarter to do 8D instead since its no longer a UB. An it does 2hits meaning u got more time to do stuff

Has anyone been able to play & try CS2 carl out at a Jap arcade ?.? Cause some of the haku & Rag players have. Not only that but did anyone ever bother to look at the 5th loktest...... >.< cause it clearly says "Vivace B now has complete invincibility, besides the few recovery frams" & "Vivace-A has no invincibility" so this whole time we have been debating weather its ok to risk it cause we might get hit..... But were safe from lows I knew sumthin was fishy cause iv seen some vids of carl dodging stuf i would have gotten hit by

Yea & No cause if they in mid block string they will wiff, cause the way the trick works is Ragna for example 5B>2b>3c if u start blockin from 5B then u IB 2b ull Viv-B & get hit by 3c. But if he do 5B>6a>5C u block the 5B then u IB the 6a the 5c will wiff so they wont be able to recover fast enough to do the 3c cause 5c wiffed. But if u just do it 4 no reason then yeah they can react to it. Cause not everyone has easily gattin into there sweep. & even still most sweeps are pretty slow. Thats why i think IB viv-b will be pretty useful

Im not saying Viv-B is 100% safe..... >.> cause we all kno its not. But thanks to the not so useful lows it becomes just a bit more useful. An at the same time, most people probably wont dont bother trying to bait us cause its not like we taking hp like IB inferno divider. So they most likely just gonna let us get away with it instead of over analyse the way we play & actually catch us out at the risks of being punished themselves.

True but...... Trivia time, how often do people get hit out Vivace. I get hit off Bull Shit, Ill do Vivace & the person will swing & ill get hit while behind them. & il get hit by a sweep 5% of the time, regular moves with big ass Hitsbox's 95% of the time. Like i said before because of the none combo-able sweeps people will likely not do them during block stings, however they will go for thier low pokes. An if the are using their sweeps its most likely to bait Vivace. Ragna can only combo 3c>22c so he will have to be able to hit conferm a CH to a none-CH, & if he does he will need to pause after every 3C cause a none-CH 3C into 5DD= punished ragna so no its not easy

Lol if u looked it says "mid combo lows" aka sweeps. Most low pokes take to long like 2B's, every characters are pretty crapy except ragna & makoto

?.? Ada should never be used as a shield against physical attacks. An the last time i checked everyone is complaining about creativity sooo now im confused. Carls high dmg comes from the corner anyway & last time i checked Carl only had 2 combos in CS1, 4D combos, Volante combos ?.? that summed up all his combos..... >.> he is more creative now than in Cs1. Not only that it was gay that carl could hide all day let ada get F'd up & still do 5K off 5B thats a lil over powered. Its because everyone else got reworked he had to accommodate for wat happed to everyone else. & Fyi viv-B got buffed the inv frams last longer & we do kno if it has low inv or not. Besides counter assault is the way to go. Also this isnt CS1 idk if u noticed but no one can combo after their lows in CS2 (as in mid block string low attacks ) except tager, Noel, Tsubaki, Makoto, & arakune >.> all their lows ether suck or are to slow. So the risk lvl of doing viv-b is low :]

Soujiro idk why u think carl is so limited. He can still do his combos from CS1 u just gotta improvise for the lack of 3c. combos like 5B>5c>cantabile>3c (Air trip)>2D>j.2c allecan>5c>4D>5c>j.b>J.2c>allegreto>8D the combo just needs u to improvise......... He didnt get a combo nerf, just reworked. So wat are u saying. If 2D is still untechable till the land. If 4D still causes a wall bounce away from the corner, if volante cant be tech till they touch the ground, & if 8D is still untechable till they touch the ground. Why do u think he lost his combos. Its just now if u do get a combo & ada Hp is low they give u the option to improvise and go solo carl for about 1k less dmg. I truly think carl got buffed in this game compared to CS1

U kno how it works lol S: Noel, Makoto, Hazama, Jin A: Ara,Tao, Rachel, Mu, Lambda, Carl, Tsubaki, Plat B: Ragna, Hakumen, Bang, Litchi, Valkenheyn, TAGER I do find it funny that taget went from bottom to B tier........ Yet he is still gonna fuck everone up even at bottom tier Lls XD

O.O soo why do i get hit by it.. Its like i do Vivace & there first few swings miss. But once im on the opposite side before Vivace can finish, i get hit out

So this means Vivace-A got a inv nerf, & Vivace-B got a buff....... that i can work with, at least he has a legit way of getting out of pressure now. No more IB Vivace & get hit on the opposite side for a 3k combo

Ohhh shoot i forgot... so i take it IB backdash isnt the safest option. -_- Great now makoto is going on the list of pains in the ass with Ragna & Haku-men

Makoto is no where near a hard matchup for carl, IB Vivace is a guarantee on her because of her lack of range. & she doesnt recover that fast off wiffed attacks.
