Then the timeline of events would be something like Black Beast appears and Terumi dies/is separated from his body (not sure about this)--> blah blah Black Beast does its thing-->events of PS1--> Nine unseals Terumi and commands him--> events of P0--> Black Beast goes into hibernation--> blah blah rest of Dark War and victory. If PS1 happens before the Black Beast appears, I got nothing. The Black Beast was separated into two halves: the body (which Ragna has) and the heart (which Nu has). Probably to lessen the risk in case it ever revived, since without the heart the Black Beast is mostly passive, as shown in Ragna's bad ending.

I like to think that Jin came home with it one day and Ragna just hung it up on a wall or stuffed it in the closet. He asked where Jin got it but Jin wouldn't say. That, or the ten years thing is a biiiig typo.

Ragna's hair is white only ten days after he got the AG, so I lean to it being less natural trauma (where your hair falls out first and then grows back white) and some contamination from the AG. It's not mentioned when the lifelink with Nu was formed. I assumed it's because of their Azure Grimoires, so that when Nu received her half it began, but who knows. Prime fields and boundary contact mediums are the same thing, just different translations--the former is CS, the latter is CT. As for that, no it's not known either. Ragna at least is an artificial human, and assuming they have similar origins it would make Jin and Saya manmade as well. But even so, we don't know what they were created for--to be prime fields? Or were they the products of the beast gene project mentioned in the MC? Maybe they're both. Idek.

The only weird thing about the moon in BB that I noticed is that it looks to be a lot closer than it should be--but I'm not sure whether this is intentional or just a result of stylization. Jin's weird thing with the moon has puzzled me for ages. :/ (It also turns red occasionally--though you could either blame this on a lunar eclipse or lolmagic! as in Rachel's castle.) Ragna's drive, unlimited or not, is the Azure Grimoire--Soul Eater, the Azure Grimoire devours souls, disabled drive, many of his drive attacks look like bits of the Black Beast (Dead Spike in particular). Idk, I lean to the side of Ragna being half-vampire although it has no significance on the story so far, but I think it's clear Azure Grimoire = Drive.

Whoa. It'd make a good bit of sense if Saya was just a shell, really. No one except Ragna and Jin call her Saya anyway, her name in the speech boxes is just Imperator, and everyone else just calls her Imperator/"her." Also, according to Sesame, Jin says something along the lines of "one more moon will fall." I'm getting the sinking feeling that we're still at the tip of the iceberg when it comes to BlazBlue's plot. D: It's probably meaningless, but what poem is Ragna chanting? A prayer or just something random?

Oh god, the ages. They are never stated, and I'm sure this is very very intentional, but it is pretty bothersome. Although imo Ragna is about 24/23 to me, with Jin being 3 years younger. The only surefire thing is that I'd put Ragna's age at the time of the church burning to be 15-17 based on his looks and voice, and Jin 11-14 (Jin might have been a late bloomer, meh), but hell, anime ages.

It is indeed from CS, specifically Jin's story mode, just after he fights Ragna. Really? All Ragna says is "over ten years" iirc, for all we know Jin actually could've had it for twelve years and Ragna's just rounding down to ten.

Actually, unless there's a timeline retcon, Jin had Yukianesa for 3 years before the church burning. Ragna says Jin had Yukianesa for over ten years, yet the church incident was only seven years ago according to the timeline in the MC.
