  1. There was nothing visibly weird to me near 49 seconds. I saw what you were talking about, but it didn't look off.
  2. I'm afraid to use 6p vs Jam when she's in your face and airdashing because 6p might either be too slow or she usually just goes over your head and hits you with j.hs crossup so 6p completely misses. If you're predicting the air dash, you can usually jump back with jp or air throw.
  3. Was anyone able to grab the new Robo Ky combo vid from http://nanasiki.xsrv.jp/ ? Everytime I try to download, it always gets cut off half way or so.
  4. At some point in Ino's pressure string, she will have to: 1) Chemical Love FRC AD 2) Stroke the big tree 3) Fireball (probably frc too) to repressure. If you're a good enough blocker, and can wait her out til one of these points, there are ways out from there (6p after the HCL frc ad, jackhound the note, use a well timed attack vs stroke the big tree, etc). If she's staying closer with overhead/low mixes and redashes, if you can see the redash and do 5p, coin, or 5p, 5s air combo, that works too, but if she baits this, you're in for a world of pain. If Ino's first attack is an overhead, i.e. dashing jk/js, fd-ing it really pushes her back and kills a lot of her next options.

  9. This is a pretty specific example, but versus my slayer-playing friend, I'd often use f.s to clash with pilebunker or counter hit him out of the dandy/follow up he chose. Sometimes it was hard to time because he could hit me CH between hit 1 and 2 of f.s, but maybe now it'll be easier to hit people out of things from a distance with far slash.

  11. Yeah, I thought OTG and Slide state were two separate things... OTG is the same as it has always been from what I thought, and then there are certain moves that cause "slide state", and if you hit them in that state, it counts as airborne hits. I guess you could call "sliding" a new OTG system, like drzero said.

  18. OS's super jump is really high too so you could just SJ at the last moment and be safe too.
  19. I dunno I hit people with Faust's unblockable (6hs or 5p, 6hs for extra head spinning madness) a lot and that's like 120 million frames.
  20. Johnny could probably just jackhound you if you kept spamming mats. As long as it touched Baiken before the mat touches Johnny, it would work.
  21. I have a question regarding training mode. When I was talking to Ruu in this hotel room at evo, he was setting up Ky to do reversal dragon punch and showing how to whiff moves in the air and be safe. The way he timed it was so that the Ky was recording while Ruu did his combo to him, and then after getting knocked down, he'd do reversal VT. How do I easily set the computer to the right amount of time after my knockdown to do DP? I forget how Ruu set it up, but it was really simple. The way I always set it up myself, was that the button would just activate VT and I'd have to push it in between my setups which was awkward. ;(
