  1. If you're not allowed to YRC while the opponent is in blockstun, it pretty much narrows the window that you can YRC in pressure. Heck, mastering YRCing just as the opponent gets out of blockstun could end up being just as tight as FRCs would be... *shrug*
  2. Hakumen OD combos? Or do those typically require you to start at full meter? But yeah considering there were a few resets in there I don't imagine it would be too hard...
  3. Haha. I wonder if it is because she's usually out of range to get hit or if there's some special properties regarding BS'ing projectiles.
  4. If you get the black joystick wire harness, you don't need the daisy chain. If you get the daisy chain, you need to get some signal cables (like say, these, although with the daisy chain you'd only need 10 http://www.focusattack.com/black-16pc-wire-with-110-quick-disconnect/)
  5. The Cthulhu works standalone with PC/PS3, and there's a Multi-console version of it that also works with PS2 and a bunch of other older ones. You wouldn't need any other boards unless you wanted 360 functionality or lights.
  6. ...Didn't think about that when considering the animation. Trying to RC a move later in the active frames to avoid getting punished might end up getting hit anyway...
  7. Glad I'm not the only one who thought that.
  8. Risk-reward is generally in the offensive player's favor though. Being reactive just increases your chances of winning engagements.
  9. Whatever happened to loketest joketest? The overreactions here are staggering...
  10. Nuts and bolts for attaching the joystick to the case? But any kind of good glue would be able to prevent them from moving significantly.
  11. I hate signature limits, lol.
  12. Admittedly I probably have about as much of an understanding about him as you do. :X Big normals (lol 5B) combined with lots of different items for various oki setups (some of which inflict status ailments)...
  13. I don't see why it wouldn't be possible... but I lack the means to try it atm.
  14. And I doubt anyone know about blitz shielding against an air move or invincible moves.
  15. PS2 pad with a converter is your best bet, unless you've got a lot of time to relearn everything on stick. I suppose there are some third party PS3 pads that fit the bill, but they might be of lower quality than a dualshock 2. Getting a PS2->current gen console also allows you to get one for 360 as well...
  16. Pressure and okizeme. You mention them by name when talking about how a specific tool is good for pressure or okizeme, but understanding frame advantage, the various types of mixups that can open up your opponent, and options you have against certain reversals would be intermediate, I think. Some examples of using both the system mechanics with the character's tools would be great as well.
  17. Uri's 214L doesn't work facing right now?
  18. None, but according to Sony it's up to the devs to include support for stuff like arcade sticks.
  19. Not sure if you missed this or not.
  20. Are you looking for more players to contribute? Or have you chosen your whole team already?
  21. That said, a Potemkin or Axl alt costume of their AC gear would be kind of cool.
  22. Porting a game takes up development time, even if you are able to take the code directly from PS4 and take it to Xbox One, because there still needs to be extensive testing. Like any other company, ArcSys has to decide how to allocate their staffing resources in order to bring in the most revenue with the least amount of cost. Thus deciding to port only to PS3/PS4 is rooted in financial concerns.
