They are right that all of us who are part of the competitive community are going to buy it anyway, regardless of how some of us may feel about the way the distribution of EX is being handled. While they're loyal customer base may hate having to pay $40 for just a balance patch and relius, we're still guaranteed revenue. They can only benefit by creating the possibility of new customers.
