Lumin does better against Axis than I do. While I don't think the tech system is OP I do believe it sucks ass.

Pretty much, the only characters who are under 18 in the games (Kasumi:17, Ayane:16, Kokoro:17, Elliot:16) are not only older than most of the Arcana characters to begin with, but they are also listed as "Age Unknown" in their profiles in the American release, even Elliot, who is a boy :/

I do pretty random stuff, you just can't tell cuz I'm in blockstun :3 Though I guess I can throw caution to the wind more often, its only CS1 Noel. Good example: One time I was fighting Axis and got so salty that I started smacking the face of my arcade stick, I landed a hit in the midst of said thrashing and hitconfirmed into a 3k+ combo.

DOA in my Tekken? Well it wont make much of a difference, because DOA's flaw wasn't its destructive stages, but its inability to be a decent game at a competitive level. Maybe Tekken will do it better?

6A(CH) > 2B wiff > 66C works in CS1 if you are in the corner, I've never tried it midscreen though, I don't think you could reach them in time.

I figured I'd go with Heart, she's fast, her combos are fun, and she reminds me alot of Sakura if she were an airdasher character. I'll see how it works out, I don't want to give up on Kamui, but as a beginner to AH I'm not entirely familiar with how I need to handle things yet.

Pushback on all of her moves except her A moves make tick throws difficult. I know of tick throws, I'm not an idiot.
