As long as the move doesn't have F property and the move you are trying to beat has less active frames than 4D's invuln frames then yes. Obviously though everything takes timing, if you start 4D too soon, your opponent may hit you after the invuln ends.

It's accurate for hitboxes yes, however you need to take the move's properties into account as well. Since 5B doesn't have any invuln to speak of, then that does indeed mean it was changed.

Having a hitbox does not mean invuln was taken away. 4D's properties changed: In CS2, if an attack touched Noel's Blue hitbox, it would hit her out of it. In CSX, if an attack has F property, and hits Noel ANYWHERE, it will beat 4D, but if it does not have F property, it will lose to 4D.

It is, but only in the same way a Ragna gets a perfect after still getting hit.

He challenged for Runbacks. The only titles that you can hold while having other titles are: Teams/Runbacks/PaperWeight You cant hold GDLK or Youtube and challenge for another title, and as such, if you already have a title, you can't challenge for GDLK or Youtube.

Axis you can't challenge for Youtube because you already have a title.
