Also a note on the anti-air: While it's true j.C can do some silly shit to Rachel's 6A, keep in mind that Rachel can pretty much hit Noel out of the air with any of her moves. The main thing you need to look out for when Noel is in the air is a random j.4D, which when used as an anti-anti-air is pretty effective, however is hilariously bad as a move itself, since it can be hit in the air, and after landing... by almost anything... BUT if you whiff a 6A, a j.4D can wreck your life to be sure.

Well I guess it really just depends. If the combo proration isn't too bad, you may be able to 5C > sj.C > j.D > d.6D etc But that would depend on the starter.

Took me 5 minutes to learn. It's just a timing thing, you need to get used to when Assault through recovers, because if you input the 44 too early, you wont get a dash, and thus 5C will come out and fuck your combo. It's better to input late when you're first learning it, because you actually have a lot of time to input the 44. Basically, what it all comes down to is just making sure you don't do it too early.

Teams Title Match: The Bogard Brothers [Axis(Bang) & Skye(Bang)] beat Team Underworld [50/50(Valk) & Blakmaphia(Rachel)] 2-1 to become the New Teams Champions. Runbacks Title Match Brandino beats 50/50 5-1 to become the New Runbacks Champion.

Well honestly, Jin should be playing this matchup like Noel is a tiny, speedy, Tager. Jin can pressure Noel, but remember that it's always a risk, if Noel decides to D, and you did the wrong move at the wrong time, then you get hit. Since Jin has decent spacing tools, good air normals, his 2D, and his EX Ice Blades, he can make Noel's life hard with those moves alone. If you notice the Noel player likes to 4D you when she's in the corner, do a TK EX Ice Blades, which when done correctly, will freeze her, giving you a free corner combo. In the event that she did 2D instead, well EX Ice Blades will hit that with an even better success rate, which means again, free corner combo for you. But other than that, you wanna play the neutral game, keep away as much as possible, abuse his j.C at max range(Where 4D can't hit you out of it), and you should find yourself getting a lot more success in the matchup.

But yeah, you're pretty much correct, if Arakune touches you, you could be fucked, if he's at neutral, you're fucked, you pretty much HAVE to be pressuring him, and even then, his backdash and forward dash make it pretty hard to keep him grounded.

Obviously, throwing out drive is always a risk, but it's a tool we still have to use to win, knowing when to disrespect, and when to block is a big part of every one of our matchups, because by baiting your opponent's drive bait, suddenly you get the momentum back WITHOUT having to risk throwing out a drive. Aren't mindgames fun?
