  1. Added B Starter Midscreen combos to the OP. Also added a few Key combos and corner combos off of 3C.
  2. Funny thing about Noel is that you can't just classify characters as "Larger or smaller" MF > 2B > 6C > 22B works on Carl... but not Relius. So basically, you just gotta test it on certain characters and see, it works on Lambda, but it's a bitch on Lambda.
  3. Haven lives here, he's ShadowFlash's nigga install. Lumin dropped Ragna for Jin because Ragna is boring. Feels wrong though.
  4. Good stuff Toasty, you're 2 for 2 today.
  5. Yeah, I normally just corner carry with 6C(2), but in some cases it is better to use 6D > d.4D > AT. also on some characters you can just go straight up with 4D > d.6C > AT, right at midscreen for the same effect.
  6. What's TFC? Is it tasty?
  7. There's more where that came from, once I finish updating the first post, you'll have a hitconfirm and combo for almost every situation. It may take awhile though, due to the screening process :c
  8. lol Good shit Toasty. Extend Noel also brings back CT memories. Of when my character was fun to play.
  9. He's trying to build a collection.
  10. Nigga I was trying to confirm if that PS3 game was the same game you were talking about, for all I know there's one for the Wii or PS1 or Super Nintendo. But yeah if it's only like 10$ or so I'd get it for you.
  11. Lumin said he would do it if he was going.
  12. If I was rich, everyone in America would have a free plane ride to MI every Friday for casuals ;w;
  13. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valkyria_Chronicles ?
  14. So hype to get my Tax returns ;w;
  15. What's a Luka? Anyways, the enders I use are: j.D > d.6B > d.6C > d.5B > d.5C > BT/AT(oki) j.D > d.6D > d.5D > d.5C > d.6B > BT/Fenrir j.D > d.6D > d.5D > d.5C > BT/AT(oki) j.D > d.6D > d.6A > d.6B > d.5C > BT/AT(oki) j.D > d.6B > d.6C > d.5D > d.5C > BT/AT(oki) It just depends on who I'm fighting or what moves I've already done in the combo as well as proration. As Noel players we need to know and make use of multiple different ending strings as the situation depends on it.
  16. GDLK Title Match: LunaKage beats Skye 5-2 to retain the MIBB GDLK Title. Because he's godlike.
  17. Both of my sticks as in my Xbox and my PS3 sticks? Because I only have one of my Xbox sticks with me.
  18. Sweet when should I expect you here?
  19. Lumin are you gonna go to Skye casuals? If so will you pick me up?
  20. I'd like to Nominate GammaGearJustice for helping out in the Platinum forums a lot, and also helping out with the Platinum wiki.
  21. C0R so swag he can't be contained in a single person.
  22. I'll see what I can do.
  23. I've recently taught XDest how to play the matchup correctly, meaning of course to never actually try to pressure and just rely on Noel fucking up and getting random hitconfirms because Tao's neutral converts into better shit than ours. Basically, the way us as Noel's deal with the matchup is a lot like playing poker: 25% Noel skill level: You MUST be able to do max damage off of all of your confirms, if you're only doing 3k off of a fatal, and can't turn an overhead into 3.2k and corner carry, stop netplaying right now and hit training mode. Noel NEEDS all of her damage, or else a good Tao WILL time you out, it's not hard, Noel's mobility is really good, but Tao can be out of reach as much as she wants. 25% Tao skill level: Assuming the Tao plays the matchup correctly, it still wont matter if they crack under pressure, or if they are predictable. Getting hit by every overhead and every air grab will guarantee Noel's victory, but if they can block correctly, poke out correctly, and break almost every grab, air or ground, that is when you have your true matchup challenge. 50% Luck: Much like a game of cards, no matter how good the players are, if they get dealt nothing but shitty hands, their going to lose anyway. How this translates to the Tao matchup is simply random moves by both players working out in one of the player's favor. This matchup is one of the few matchups where a simple move done full screen can turn the tide, so let's say the Tao decides to go in and follow through with a j.5D, and you as a Noel decide to 6A, EITHER CHARACTER CAN SCORE THE HIT IN THIS SITUATION, a small difference in timing can mean Tao get's CH by 6A for a combo, or Tao catches you whiffing 6A, one of these things can and will happen, but much like the skill level examples above, it's up to either player to make sure that this seemingly random and lucky occurrence becomes damage and momentum. Remember: you WILL be chasing her down 100% of the match, if you are not doing this, then the Tao is playing the matchup wrong. You get hit's mostly by luck, and you GET HIT mostly by Tao reacting to you whiffing stuff trying to catch her, but even if you're playing the matchup 100% correctly, you CAN and still WILL lose a lot, because it just wasn't in the cards for you to land enough hits. A good example of this was last night playing XDest, each of us got time out victories on each other once that night. - XDest got his by playing the matchup correctly and running the whole match, only coming in to punish my whiffed moves that failed to catch him at neutral. - I got mine because XDest was playing the matchup correctly and running the whole match, only coming in to punish my whiffed moves that failed to catch him at neutral. BUT THEN at the last second I tagged him with a crouching hit 2D, rapid cancelled to go into a bigger combo, and just before the timer hit 0, I managed to bring his health down to about a pixel below mine. Welcome to the matchup.
  24. Is Skye casuals happening today(Monday)? If so I totally wanna go if someone can pick me up.
