Don't you need to autopilot something like 2a> jump to avoid getting hit by that on her wakeup. if they end up doing heavier attacks on your wakeup because you think it's useless on wakeup and never use it, then you could use it. if they end up doing jump cancelable moves constantly that's a pattern you can punish with anti airs, running out of the corner, etc. You can straight OS Mu's DP in 1.1 in a completely unpunishable, airtight, way by doing 2a>5b. You can't do that vs platinum's counter because the 5b will obviously come out and you'll get hit. Even if you can fully OS Mu's dp it again has the advantage of forcing them to OS it with a low damage starter move.

  16. i agree rachel is easy to block but you're doing it the wrong way. you should be reacting to jump start up to block the overheads
  17. you realize that air unblockables can be blocked while in the air if you barrier? just saying.
  18. Rachel really can't zone a character with a doll that destroys all projectiles on contact.
  19. i know exactly how you feel. I have a cursed stick. I unplug it and then realize I'm pressing buttons. Why is stuff happening?? I UNPLUGGED YOU! And it repeats... No matter how many times I try to stop it...I press buttons and stuff happens. How are you getting plugged in? Why is this happening? I go to bed. Fearing what will happen when I press buttons the next day. I already know it. Stuff. But I hope for more.

  22. N-O doesn't use JBJC in general. Hakumen is a different story from other characters.

  24. press 236d. if you don't have stock you will start charging instead. that's good. repeat until until 236d comes out. now, you've gotten in and the goal is just to mix up with 6a/6b. get charge in neutral. hit them when they come to hit you. 5b/236x/3c/jB/jC are the best tools for hitting them when they want to hit you. use j236a to restrict their movement. It's hard to identify a character with worse normals than Tsubaki, so really what I gave you is just roughly the gameplan against Hakumen, Jin, and Ragna. You have worse normals than Nu, Mu, and Bullet too, but the gameplan is going to be different. Of course you want to be in against Nu and Mu, but since you've got worse normals, you can't just try to rush in or you'll get killed. Bullet is a similar story. You want to use your mobility to your advantage, until you can get in. But her pokes, jabs, and antiairs are superior. It plays somewhat similarly to the zoner characters because if you let her get heat 2 life is going to be really hard. every char has lots of minor adjustments that need to be made on top of general gameplan.
  25. in my experience blocking high as a default just makes you easy to open up. it depends on char I guess but if you're just blocking high most of the time the other side can see that and just press a low. Numbers on other overheads would be interesting.
