  1. oh well yeah I knew about that one of course. I thought you meant there were some gameplay matches with it, to actually be able to figure heat gain etc. Granted, "genuine" wasn't the best word to use, but yeah. One thing I did notice while looking at that trailer again though, Miracle Jeanne stayed in effect after Platinum used the Lion, so that's extra confirmation of more than one SUGOI magic at a time.

you can do a what with a who know ok it'll stay grey.

  3. i thought i just PHYSICALLY DELETED that message goddamnit dustloop all i did was reply to myself on accident

  4. Wait, what. There's some genuine footage of Miracle Jeanne? That first sentence is a cryptic code, and deciphering it is very difficult.

Oh, heads up! The theme I'm using just updated, so I can change the color of the background to whichever I'd like. So if the banner would look better with a white background, tell me and I'll change it! Plus I just removed the RSS Subscribe button, so that won't get in the way anymore.

Ohoho, it's looking even better. So far, looks like this.

  7. Considering not a single one of those videos even used Miracle Jeanne, we aren't really sure. Though, even if they do replenish heat, I doubt considering their limited usage, that it would be much of a large increase. It is an interesting thought, though.

    Oho, looking forward to it.

Not bad! Though, I kind of wanted Miku included. It's looking like this with the header, and I'd like to make it a bit more.. subtle, perhaps.

  10. Not so much of a crazy thought. It seems likely unless the stun doesn't last as long later in the combo, or the tech time is increased to the point of another combo being impossible. A super at the end after the pan might still be possible, at the very least.
  11. No worries, and good eye, it is indeed the pan. Her counter ran out when she used it last. Seems pretty damned useful, evidently bounces even without counterhit, and standing hit spins them. There's just so much potential with Platinum, and the list of things to experiment with her just keeps getting longer.
  12. Yeah, it would make the most sense for her to have it. Was also re-looking at the Platinum vs Carl match, and I'm trying to remember what move she's using at 3:52. The downwards slam, that groundbounces and has an awful lot of stun, though I can't tell if it's a counterhit or not.
  13. The Magna Tech Wheel comparison is good, but it's a lot more reaction heavy to try and avoid that if you're standing vs Platinum's, since Cure Dot Typhoon is a lot slower as far as hits go, and there's a delay before the command grab. Presumably of course, but still. Granted, it would still probably work in a lot of situations if your opponent likes to block a lot.
  14. Don't be silly. There's nothing wrong with enjoying her idle animation, and it most certainly is jolly. Very true! Definitely warrants some testing.
  15. That's pretty interesting, though I'm sure if you command grabbed/normal grabbed it would most likely be a purple. Get a lifelead, idle. Your opponant will be too mesmerized to even fight back. Win by time over. Seriously though, it's such a jolly idle animation, I love it.
  16. Yeah, that's right. That situation seems the most likely given what we've seen so far.
  17. W.. what?? Projectile invincible bubble? What's this about bursting? None of that is even relevant??? The bubbles will get popped by Hakumen's Void, like some already said, due to being projectiles themselves.
  18. Not.. really. Litchi's staffless 41236D would already be better even if that was the case, since that goes through projectiles itself. Not to mention, we don't know how much Dream Sally will prorate, etc etc we just don't know many conditions behind the move yet, so it's too quick to make that call.
  19. Well the thing is, projectiles don't clash with Dream Sally. They go right through it. I feel this changes the situation a bit, and am not really sure if normals will be able to pop it or not. Thinking practically, if they weren't able to, it would potentially give certain characters without projectiles a hard time. Still, it's hard to gauge without any real test made.
  20. Projectiles seem to go through it, but this is why I specified 'normals'. We don't know what sort of properties it has w/r/t blocking attacks just yet, aside from projectiles going through it without stopping. Normals might be counterhit, or they could pop it as well.
  21. Yeah that's basically a summary of what I've been saying for the last 10 pages, also the last threadfew pages. But to stop the same thing being repeated ad infinitum.. This is pretty interesting, yeah, though it would be more interesting if you could set it in the air. Perhaps you could set it, and follow it with a dash? Could serve as a pseudo-shield from normals.. though we still aren't sure what will pop it. Since it bounces off walls, it could have quite a few uses.. but I'm really not sure of them. Definitely a thing to mess with in training when she's released.
  22. legitimately the finer points of vindictus, though i admittedly want to give it another shot since evie is out now
  23. But we had a release date for Valkenhayn at this point.. or at least it feels like that's the case? And with BBCSII nearing, it just seemed natural that they would release her before the arcade launch in December.
  24. If 'To awake the "11th Nox Nyctores"...' is any indication, there might be something new added in this scenario? This does not seem to be referring to her own, though Bang's would be a possibility if it wasn't already 9th according to that Wikia.. and assuming this is all correct information, I can't see anything other than it being a mistake (they did change her birthday, after all) or something new. I don't recall ever hearing there were only 10 Nox, but that we only knew of 10.
