Not really, there's a lot more broke to an Unlimited than what some characters get in OD, not to mention an Unlimited character always has these changes rather than having to use a Burst to temporarily gain them. edit; I should stop before this gets too off-topic

If you're asking if normal characters got U. DDs, we already know who did and didn't given that the game is you know, readily available to be played in Japan (Carl got his in OD, Jin also got air Ice Arrows, etc), as far as if console Unlimiteds will still have them, nobody knows, but there's no reason to take them away (same with taking away Unlimiteds in general).
