I think antagonist would be a better fitting word for Nu than villain. I mean, she does care about Ragna, to the point of making Lambda sacrifice herself for his sake, problem is that she's just batshit insane. But she doesn't have any particularly villainous objectives, she just wants to be with Ragna while keeping everything else away from him/herself.
