For some reason my post buttons aren't working right now, so I'll put it here: Slight edit to the combo I put up earlier. It doesn't have to be that close to the corner. It works perfectly well and stably when you're just a little off to the side and they're within any part of the 6C range. You can probably do it from even farther back, but I've yet to confirm it since I -suck- at dash 2B pickups. >_>

This is from the Lambda forum, but this is what finally allowed me to get my Throw - 6A's down on muscle memory for both Mu and Lambda. If you have a metronome (If you don't, find an online one), set it to 60BPM. Then throw on the first tick, and do the 66A on the third.

Since I haven't seen this variation listed, I thought I'd post it up for all my fellow Mu mains to digest/critique: I found a 6C FC variation that works almost perfectly if you get the FC when they're in the corner. Does a bit less damage than the 7.2k fatal, but it seems to me that if you're in the appropriate position, the added stability should more than make up for the marginal damage loss. 6C FC - 63214C(3) - Dash 6B - Dash 6A - 2C - j.C - j.2C - [2B - 6A - j.C - j.2C] x 2 - 2B - Omohikane (6932 damage, 46 heat gain) Omit 2B - Omohikane for either Oki, or 2B - 5B - 623C for 5389 damage and 50 heat gain.

Ohhh, that. -.- Retarded mechanic that really does hurt Brawl as a competitive game, but I tend to forget about it since I haven't seen it happen since 2008.

How would Blazblue being the next competitive Brawl be a bad thing? Honestly, as long as the core community from before remains intact, all becoming Brawl (Except in 2D FG format) would mean little more than a bunch of mouth breathing idiots throwing away their money. Then again, I play Brawl somewhat competitively. I've never understood the Brawl hate. My opinion is a bit skewed as a result.

So, unless it was corrected, we might be seeing 110% bonus proration on Gold Bursts as a system change. Would that fit into any of Mu's combos, or perhaps make some of her already (arguably) ridiculous corner combos worse?

Technically speaking, hasn't the Console head at ArcSys not even replied to whether or not we get it on consoles? I know Mori said we would, but as far as I know, the man actually responsible for having that happen is silent.

Alright, thanks. I guess I'm still trying to fully grasp oki as a concept. If 6A no longer works, wouldn't we still have the 5C - 2C - XX type of loop that the game itself tries to teach you in challenge mode? Does less damage, to be sure, but I guess it's better than losing them altogether.

I'm trying to think... If it's "techable" and JCable, does that mean it has so little hitstun that we couldn't 3C - JC - Followup of some kind?

Are Hori sticks considered better than Sanwa? Sanwa buttons seem to generally be considered the best, as I've noticed, but I know a lot of people who have Hori sticks modded with Sanwa buttons. Excluding the buttons, what are the differences between Hori and Sanwa for the actual joystick?

I normally don't have too many problems with this matchup, but there's one major thing that accounts for almost all of my losses against Tao... How are you supposed to dodge her 236236C? Damn thing is pretty much a full screen command grab, and it seems to adjust its arc to always hit if you're any closer. What am I missing?

I've got a question about the 6A - 6B - 66A juggle; exactly how unstable is it? I saw that it was unstable on several characters, so I used the unlisted characters as my dummies to learn it. It still appears to be extremely unreliable on Bang, Lambda and Mu. Exactly how frame specific are the 6C fatal and the Throw - Juggle combos? On the latter, is the timing on the dash 6A different than Lambda's? I'm trying to use the same timing, but it appears to randomly connect. Further, is it even worth still learning with CS2 on the way? >_>
