Very much so. It went faster since we only streamed top 4 for each game. Ended at 12:30 which is good. just needed to start catherine earlier and stream the top 4 for that instead of top 8. And things would have been amazing! Also doing 3-5 for kof top 4 took way too long

KOF started 30 minutes later than we wanted.

Wow, this NCI went really well. And was probably one of the most fun because there was something to do. Huge Huge Thank you to Myung and Gamecenter for being a big community advocate, supporting the scene and going way above and beyond what he needs to do to support out us and get motivation and hype going. Everyone who came out for KOF, it was really awesome. But we did have a few bumps but we learned a lot. 1. 3-5 for grand finals only. Even people who know how to kill each other still take a long time to kill each other. 2. 3 setups seems like the golden number was perfect, i donno if our kof scene is going to grow or not. We will be keeping track of the numbers and adjust accordingly 3. Umm Thats it.

Oh yeah bitches, since Im running KOF, lemme throw down some shit 1. After your match come to me or willy. Grab your competitor by his sweaty hand and walk up to us and tell us the result. That shit is frustrating and if we dont hear from you both lose :3 2. Estimated start time will be 1 o clock depending on how long it takes to make brackets (willy is teaching me seeding etc.) If it goes smoothly we may start earlier so be prepared. 3. You get 5 minutes from when your name is called to report or have someone tell me you are in another match other wise off ye head. This is a semi serious, semi joking post. KOF isn't going to be run very relaxed since its a big unknown.

I would hold off on the 3 cabs for KOF because that is going to depend on how many enter. if the turn out is like bb then running those 4 setups would be really good. i would also like to advise a full play through of ah3. like they should move to the stream as soon as they are ready. since its usually a short tournament there is no reason they should be waiting till 8 or whatever to play there finals. let them get that done early and we can see how that does for time later in the day. umm what else. thats all i got for now my 2 cents, to make nci even better XD

Also to add to this The interest for KOF is high. Generally all our games have been advertizing to the same community. KOF is a step out to get people from other communities to come to our event. Other people means more people at NCI which means exposure to other games they probably wouldn't play. NCI isn't growing its maintaining and possibly even declining a bit. KOF could bring in a lot of new people to our scene that could boost the numbers in other games. Crosells thoughts. These are meant to start conversation and not to offend anyone.

No disrespect at all. But people aren't going to show up on time until they are penalized for it. If we actually start on time and people who are late are dq'd then people will start showing up on time. We may have to have some small tournaments for a month or two, but thems the breaks.
