Most characters with a dp can shut down her pressure pretty well. I feel like when i play against ragna i spend more time baiting out dp's then pressuring lol. That could be because my pressure is ass though :3

To be honest the BB community is pretty awful. We kill all the hype for the game. Commentary, people never get excited because I can tell how 90% of the commentary goes for BB. Hell even NEC had the same shit go on. Oh this game sucks, this game is so stupid fills up 90% of the commentary. Look at marvel and street fighter, they get people engaged, thinking and most importantly they get excited. What do we do when something cool happens, oh that character is dumb. Dacid Bro was a welcome addition because he is the only commentator that doesn't do this. How are we suppose to grow as a community and attract potential people when our own commentary spends more time shitting on the game than talking about the intricacies of the match. Its the communities fault its not at Evo. Ever iteration of BB has been better than the last, the game is making great progress into a great game. Stop shitting on it, if you dont like the game get the fuck off the mic and let someone else do the talking. Also /agree with main post.To give about myself. As a student, when I first got into the BB, I was getting my Registered Nursing license. I had no job just school which was very time consuming. I made it to all the monthlies I could and even made it out to evo for support BB. I've organized a few trips, helped run many a tournaments, and to be honest its very frustrating. And the one thing I've noticed time and time again is the community destroys itself. Start participating, get out of your shell and go places when you can. From my observation is that people want to travel but are too lazy to work logistics. Step up your game and be that leader.

In other news, word on the street dacid bro is switching to Makoto. Also goro proved tiers dont matter that much. Makoto is all fundamentals, ifthey are strong you can win. Just work hard and have fun :3

Hey guys. Its been great run, and I've had a wonderful time being part of this community. I'll be heading to North Carolina on the 23rd of this month to follow my career of Registered Nursing. I've had a lot of fun getting to know everyone in this community, and giving my advice on improvement (whether it was wanted or not :P ) but you guys will do great. You have a good scene with some very dedicated players and community members. To sum up this community is I came for the games stayed for the people. I'll miss you all, and feel free to hit me up if you are ever in NC. AS long as you guys stay a community by the community you will succeed and grow ot great heights. Just stop being so poverty and start traveling and participating more :P

I do not know if this thread is still active or not. But I'm going to be moving to Fayette Ville North Carolina arriving around the 27th of the month. I've never been here before so I'm looking to meet people. I'm 24 and my main game is BB but I play SFIV as well. I'll play anything as long as I Have people to play with. I've been an active member and TO in the Northern California scene for BB (whether they wanted my help or not :P )

Critisms are suggestions for how to fix what went wrong and not personal attacks. Please separate the differences. And you know what, its good you are getting this because it means the community fucking cares. I'm not writing a big long post because you guys get that from me every month trying to discuss what went wrong. Take these, think them through, talk to other TO's who want the event to succeed to be respected. And one thing to take at heart, people want dustloop to be the primary source of communication. So let it be the primary source of communication.
