Are you performing a normal or a super jump after 5B? If you perfom a normal jump, go for a super jump instead. Don't know another reason why it wouldn't work.

Placing her under Noel seems awkward. I wouldn't say she's A, but probably the middle of B+. But as glirandly says, don't worry about that too much, she's still good enough to annoy people. Regarding the Relius MU, I feel like instead of zoning, we better wait for Relius to make his move. Using too much lobelias doesn't seem to be a very good option because you'll eat a (CH) 214B (the attack where Ignis teleports herself behind the opponent) into either a combo or into dirty Relius mix-up. Because we like to zone, this is a very exploitable tactic to punish or at least make him block with a winded air dash while he throws out 214B's preemptively trying to punish any fullscreen summons. I got somewhat trashed by a Makoto today ... But I'm happy that her overhead is 2 frames slower now. I swear, I was never able to block that in CS2. edit: Dustloop has a wiki? What?

Nope, the damage values at this point are almost the same (3823 with j.C; 3813 with j.2C [lvl2]), while you gain 2 more heat using j.2C [lvl2]. I'd rather gain 2 more heat than dealing 10 more damage ... Man I forgot more than I thought lol. Fix'd every other typo you mentioned, thanks.
