  1. Hard times.
  2. Yea I'll probably be gone for two weeks? Who knows, maybe months? Better get your Relius shaped up~
  3. Same shit different day.
  4. Music to my ears. The feeling is mutual. Whatever floats your boat kiddo.
  5. DBlanks thinks the same thing. I however, cannot agree. Why thank you Zak for cheering him up for me. You really are a good minion. Though it was not my intention and I don't care, good shit.
  6. Aw, need a shoulder to cry on?
  7. I don't even know what to say at this point anymore. In the end I can't let something like that be ignored because the likely case is that it'll continue to happen unless you put a stop to it. The situation is unfortunately how Batousai illustrated it. It's like, stuff can go in one ear and come out the other. Most of the claims grow tiring to see over and over again. I only deliberately respond to you because I'm trying to help you and make you understand rather than ignoring you. Airk, buy the game please. I'm begging you. I'm not saying stop posting, but rather be careful with what you're saying. As Bat put it most of the points are not valid because you don't have the game, and are basing it on theoretical stuff. Not being able to burst while in mugen doesn't even sound like Blazblue anymore, and makes me cringe. You're a cool guy, but PK has told you, Bat has told, and unfortunately I'm telling you right now to stop basing things solely on theoretical things without any experience of the game.
  8. If you're turning into wolf and dashing it means you're pressing C which doesn't need to be used at all. You should probably practice the sturm wolf input multiple times until you're comfortable enough in getting it down. Take your time. There's no need to rush the input but at the same time you shouldn't be too slow otherwise it could just whiff. Remember that 236A > Sturm wolf only works on an airbourne opponent.
  9. They already made mugen good by increasing the damage and the proration of her D specials, and also by giving j.236D - j.214D 110% bonus proration. That plus the minimum damage on D moves is overkill, and not being able to burst makes their death very certain. In addition, mugen draining the gauge slower will just give us guys the opportunity to inflict even more damage than necessary. It shutting off immediately on hit just makes it so that they cant use it outside of combos, or have to be cautious with the combos they use but that's not a big issue since 623D - j.236D - j.214D can easily be repeated. That wouldn't make it balanced at all tbh. It would just make Tsubaki's mugen broken.
  10. Talk is cheap. :8/:
  11. Mugen on 6A isn't worth it imo, not even on FC. I was trying to see if I could extend combos with stock with 6A and I just couldn't do it. In the end you're gonna use the same combo which gives you 3.2k. You get 2.7k midscreen and 2.8k in the corner with one stock normally though. That's not too shabby.
  12. So who's actually going to GB this wedsnesday coming?
  13. Next session on the 14th guys at 6pm same old same old.
  14. I don't think it's that practical because of the hitconfirm. Though, with one stock in the corner, Tsubaki gets 2.6k of a 6B, so getting 3.9k and IAD from 6BB > mugen is not bad at all. I think you could use the heat for something much more useful than of a 6BB such as 3CC stuff though. You could use the stock earned from the j.D in the 6BB corner combo and go for 22D > 3CC into 5.2k for instance. Jya, mugen is still quite specific.
  15. Not entirely, though you can punish the recovery with 5A > Combo I think. Honestly I'm gonna keep it a little basic because I do not have enough knowledge. I'm gonna go by the match I had two weeks ago and the match with Kuresu. Arakune can backdash out of unblockables, but if done early or very late you should get CH. If in the corner he BDs it you should still be able to apply further pressure. Be careful with anti airs, as his j.B can beat you at times. Also, he could bait it by teleporting and then punishing your whiffed 2C. You'd have to really know the player to decide whether to AA him or not. I wouldn't recommend playing air to air with him either because his j.B rapes our options really. Usually if Arakune is in the air and not too close to me I'll use 214D to try to catch him in the air. If you're far you could basically use 236C > 214D stuff, but don't go crazy with it. Rely more on your mobility. j.214X is also a good way to get around clouds and bugs but don't get predictable as he has 5C. Whilst on that, don't play air to ground games because his 5C fatals and gives him full curse. If the Arakune is not so rushdown you'll have quite a bit of time to charge and acquire some stocks, but then you'll have to be careful about the way you move around the stage because of the cloud and bugs. I tend to play a rushdown game from the start, but if he knocks you away you may have to be a little more patient. Use that time to charge. (though if you don't care about the cloud you don't have to take this into consideration lol). His j.B trades with our 623A. Not the best advice I know. I've gotta play this MU more. I think this match serves a good example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pfh4qIsaOKs
  16. Oh Sahgren explained it here. Hope that helps, because I dunno what else I could add lol.
  17. Thing is, Litchi beats Tsubaki in the air with staff when Litchi isn't co close. I'm quite sure she'd beat Tsubaki without it too since her aerials are faster. Obviously, don't play the poke game with her when she has staff because her range surpasses ours by a great amount. She has no reliable AA but that doesn't mean you should go crazy with jump ins as she still has her 2C (though is spacing specific and has no invincibility) and DP. She also has Itsuu to counter you stuff such as your condor dive attempts. If she does Itsuu you on block and you're close, you can dash 5C punish provided you IB'd the hit before hand. If you're far away and try to retaliate she's gonna get CH. Don't get greedy with charging because she can 6B you, get a CH, and then combo from it, and mostly likely send you to the corner where you absolutely do not want to be. As for her pressure, if you're quick enough to spot (or you know your opponent well enough) where she places the staff with 5D, you can 22A her on reaction. You generally don't want to outpoke Litchi out of her pressure though because it's such a high risk on our point, as litchi will most likely score CHs. IB and use barrier where necessary to push her out and give yourself some breathing air. You can throw Litchi out of her 4D, but it's quite safe on block when spaced right. Her 6C(e) is also difficult to punish unless you IB'd the hit. Her 6D is not safe on IB, but I'm not sure whether you can punish it with 5A > combo because I've either had it trade or she wins. Where you guys have the opportunity to extend your combos with corner carry stuff, do it. You want her as far away from the staff as possible. It's a nuisence. Itsuu loses to 3C (Start match for example)
  18. Sorry Hex, but you're getting exposed. After all, what are friends for? (:3). I was gonna do this in the self improvement thread but I figure this visual aid would help with the MU exp too. I'll be sure to give some Kiba specific stuff too. You used drives multiple times on block during the match and they were blocked. I've always said if you do that I'm just gonna DP (and I don't even care if it trades), or wait for you to use Assault through so I can IB and punish. If I had stock, you're basically allowing yourself to lose 3.4k, and if I had 2, that's 4.2k. You're better off ending with bloom trigger? On your wakeup too, I'm not sure the reward is completely in your favour, as Tsubaki's 6A can FC and her 6C is her 2nd best starter. You're gonna take too much damage if she has stock to boot. He was using 3C after 6B which is super predictable (2:19 for example) and again you're basically allowing yourself to lose alot of health. Not to mention you'll be crouching so if I had the heat I could go into 3CC > RC > IAD stuff and get you in the corner where you don't want to be because you know I abuse 6A/6C on you because you're not completely honest at blocking, lol. I think I've conditioned you to a point where you just start blocking high now because you wanna block 6As, which is why you get hit by lows on your wakeup. Just be more resourceful using 3C. On top of that, you're still doing that at the beginning of the match like I'm going to fall for it lol. Again you're asking for easy health loss. I wouldn't even advise trying to outpoke Tsubaki at the beginning of the match. With the optic barrel, Tsubaki can bait you into using it and then punish your recovery, so be careful when using it (3:43 / 5:13 for instance). This too, and she gets excellent corner carry from it. On a side note, I shouldn't be going air to air against Noel. Tsubaki's aerials are just too poor. The j.BB > j.C loop doesn't work on Noel too because of her small hitbox (6:21, Dammit) Furthermore, be careful with using your CA in Tsubaki's blockstrings, as they can autotrack and still hit you. (2:06 for example). You're on point with your combos though. That's all really.
  19. a-cho http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jiyhGPjzzfY
  20. Landed my sturm wolf > flug corner combo and was rewarded with 8.2k. Quite happy. That shit isn't easy. Shoutouts to Sahgren for his help.
  21. A wild Jin player appears. You guys better catch him in case he scurries off. ('Sup?)
  22. Nah man. Needs more of this.
  23. I know of quite a few people that play MB, and they seem to be really good. It's usually played at the London Gaming Centre, though I'm unsure when the next date is. Apart from that, I don't know any other place.
  24. I have been learning stick for a while dude. I have my stick with me just in case. I'm not perfect, but I know what I'm doing.
  25. Waiting on dat Ogre....
