I used to a lot but my connection here in SD is not so good, so I mostly stick to offline play now (both games). If I ever upgrade my connection I'd be down for some online, but until then I recommend trying to go to a meetup for offline fun, if you can.

Ahaha, well, I know a couple of us do have Marvel and play it, but not very seriously. If you're in the area and into fighting games at all I'd suggest just hanging out in here.

You're going to have to spend a bit of money regardless of what you end up doing, so if you don't have any you're kinda stuck for now. Keep an eye out for sales on Amazon or other online retailers, that's where I got this for like 80 dollars plus shipping once. edit: If you absolutely cannot buy anything online, sometimes gamestops stock street fighter IV TE sticks. They are actually really good sticks, too.

No big deal. Tuesdays are always off for me so if we ever want to schedule some mid-week stuff that works for me.

I could do a morning/midday Wednesday session if others are up for it-- can't host though, as usual. I'll be travelling for Thanksgiving so I'd like to get out of SD by 1 or 2. So anywhere from 10 to 2 would work for me. I also am available the entire day Tuesday, not sure what everyone else has going on though.

Also regarding the adapter, I learned from my friend that it's for PS2 pads/sticks, ps3 pads, and ps3 HORI sticks only, for whatever reason. So TEs straight up don't work on it. Very strange, but whatever, mystery solved.

Oh yeah that reminds me, I'm going to look into that too. Maybe the guy who first showed me that converter will have some idea of what to do... edit: also shtkn, can you post with details about that stick you were talking about selling? I forget what kind of stick it is and if you said it was dual modded or not. If it is, or if it's easy and inexpensive to do, I'll probably want to buy it from you in a few weeks.

Working on primer break combos as Tager, and I can very easily get 3 in a single combo at this point, but maybe more... Science

People have speculated that the scar is from the Shadow at the beginning of P3 but whenever he's shirtless later on in P3 he has no scars so I don't really know.

Akihiko just had confidence issues which he might've gotten over when he went to boot camp and got a bunch of scars.

Tuesday and Thursday are both good days for me if we ever decide to do any daytime meetups, but I do have a class Thursday night so that clashes with most people's times... This Friday thing is basically centered around the fact that it's a holiday though so it being on Thursday seems unlikely
