If you see Hakumen charging 4c, just run up and 3c it. It will low profile the move completely and net you a nice combo. Just be sure not to run too far forward because your setting yourself up to get poked. If your going to commit to 3c then you might as well autopilot 22b afterwards. The move wont come out on block and autopiloting doesn't put you into any more minus than a blocked/whiffed 3c would anyways...Can't say that about many other moves.

Yeah looks like it. They nerfed d.6a startup from 15F to 18F in Extend...

The cleanest drive blocksting that Noel has is d.5a > d.6a > d.5a which ends really fast, gets trivial damage, no mixup (just hold down back), and is not DP safe. For some of the slower mixup options, you can actually mash throw through (d.6d > d.6b for low > overhead)

SoulCalibur requires P1 and P2. This convertor eats a slot, so typically the attached device number becomes (next available +1) So it will read the convertor as P1 the pad as P2 or P2/P3, P3/P4...etc

Not entirely true. If Bang does 5A->2A and you react to 4D, you will be beaten almost every time. 4D is 1-14F invul, 25F startup 5A is 6F startup, 3F active (whiffs) 9F recovery (total 18F) then 8F startup on 2A (26F total) means unless you read his 5A and press 4D before or on 1F you will beat it or trade respectively. Reacting to 5A on frame 1 is superhuman so...yeah tldr; If Bang does 5A->2A, unless you anticipate the 5A and hit before he hits 5A, he will beat BOTH 4D AND/OR 2D Fun matchup
