He need sthe damage being the character that can get mercilessly raped by everyone except Rachel. Lowest HP. meter gain though? I do have to agree, shit is ridiculous.

Nah there's no need to Nerf Ragna. He's fine the way he is. Nerf Litchi, remove that loop of hers and reduce the damage she dishes out. Good God Litchi is fucking Broken this time around. And Tager doesn't really suck, he just sucks compared to the rest of the cast. And No. No more Damage for Tager. A poke> Yes, a long Range poke for Tager would be nice.

Hey guys. Thought I would throw in my two cents. Makoto vs. Ragna. Match up is very diverse, a bit fun. Review: Makoto can easily shift the match in her favor due to mix ups and fake outs. she can do upto 6-7K on a regular meterless grinding Ragna to the dirt with his low health. she has little priority when it comes to wake up, Corona Upper lacks when it comes to a clash with Inferno Divider, or if its blocked. A Good Ragna would keep the pressure and make sure you won't be able to do too much damage, this is where Makoto's Parry can really come in handy. It can help with that godly 5B Ragna likes to throw around and even with 5C making his range tools null and a Counter efficient. Although Ragna has good spacing tools, he still has to come in close to do any real damage. I put it on Makoto's favor unless anyone has anything to add. 6.0 to 4.0 And Pardon I'm a bit new to this. Anyone else have this Match up?

True they CAN instant Block it , if they are being defensive. 5D knocks them out of the air and its much more safer than j.C or 6A. Also on the ground it pushes back a bit. Now it your magnetized I definitely agree with NOT using 5D unless its opportune.

This is very true and wise. Long strings will be punished by the smart Tager player. 5B like Spirit Juice said can be perfect for knocking Tager from Backdash, I also find that Belial's Edge works perfectly, as they tend to backdash before hand. Its good to use when you can read the Backdash too, for some off reason Tager players tend to thing Belial's Edge leaves us open, when in fact its just Recovery fodder for 5B into 5D. If your gonna do 5B throw in 5D fr a little pressure and health on block. us Ragna players can use that to bait out AC or SH. Once that's been done, punish with 5B into 5D and dcancel into an air Combo ending with belial's 5B>5D.Dash Cancel, 6A jc>jc BE Then back away as they try to hit you with Wake up grab. Its th mos common thing for them to do. Honestly that little Punishment does a good chunk of damage, and is the best way to punish them, and if you want, you dont have to go in the air, or follow up with 6A. In Fact I need a favor, give me a Tager Player, I need more practice On Tagers. So Far, the guys online in Rankings have been prone to this strategy.

Now here's a question. Makoto is already announced. Now, how are we sure Valkenhayn and trinity will also be in BBCS? If this is not the appropriate spot or this question, I apologize and ask that you please link me if possible. The Patch is apparently for Makoto in the Character select screen, and the Patches make it so if no one has a DLC Character or wishe sto face them in their rooms while playing online, they can downgrade and make it so. But how will this work if Valk and Trinity AND the Balance is kicked in? Sorry, its just a bit confusing for me is all.

I exploit the A.I. Its funny really. When you're playing with people with projectiles (Jin, Tager, Hazama, Rachel) Just spam it. The A.I. walks into it a LOT of the times. Especially Unlimited Hazama. As for Haku-men, with Ragna he's no sweat. For Tager, if you hit him a few times and quickly backdash into a corner and double jump he'll randomly attack with pokes and jump for no reason. Until the Timer hits around 25-26 He'll start making his way to you lol. Hilarious because I got a trophy and a win for it.

Never played One or 2. This has me excited for 3. It seems a little stiff than what Im used to, but hey, I play Street Fighter and Tekken and those are considered Stiff by a lot of people lol. Especially those that play MVC and GG. -

ID is your best friend against Noel. Anything she throws you can just ID right out of it, trick is not to get spammy with it, gotta throw a few mix ups, once Chain Drive is activated, ID that bitch. And keep some distance if ID doesn't work, HF puts her in her place. Patience and reaction is key against a Noel player.

I hate this match up so much. Haku has an advantage when it comes to reach and sheer power, he can drop your health with a simple 6 hit. It's about speed, his counter may work if timed right but you gotta keep pressure and use your D moves...A LOT! Once in the corner kiss your ass goodbye, it's scary how easily the match can turn around with a Haku match up.

Seifer has a point, even a weak V-13 player is annoying for a Ragna. on PSN I seem to run into a lot of V-13 and Haku0men(Ragna is my main btw.) Sword Summoner spam is something that I've gotten accustomed to. Noobish V-13's you should just start off on the defensive and block until you see an opening, then insta dash and pressure all the way. TK Gauntlet Hades is perfect for her 5D, and especially when they like to back dash, which can be annoying, I would recommend Hell's fang but an experienced V-13 would expect that, especially if you're going for pressure, which is great against a V-13, but Swprd Summoner will get in the way. In all honesty I don't find myself using Barrier block unless I need to, and with V-13 I really do, and it works. Mostly because Ragna has really low HP and conserving it against V-13 is a must. Ragna's DD's are great but don't really help, especially Carnage scissors, it has invincibility during activation but the dash phase leaves you wide open for her Sickle Storm and her Spike Chaser, and especially her 5D and 6D. Blood Kain helps because it inscreases the range of his drive attacks and makes it easier to regain that health that's dropping, although it's risky, it's best to combo into a Blood kain and do a Jump D and 6D, even though they might block with Blood kain you're keeping pressure and slowly regaining control. Hope that helps, it helps me out.

Gear limiters? I can see Sin using one but its never been stated if his eyepatch is a limiter or not. Solaria DID in fact recieve one from Sol, and as for Sol not being able to create one again, that could be a passage of time, maybe the "ingredients" he needs to make one dont exist anymore.

Paterson :D Anyway Wheels Of Fate Calamity Trigger should be the winners name. "This years Calamity Trigger is Zeromegaman!"That sounds so smexy how can you not like it!? Anyway I dont think theres gonna be one for GG especially with Overtures Release.Unless they make a new 2-D Fighter off of GG.
