Why has no one said Valkyrie Profile 2 OR Xenoblade yet? or SMT... Goddamn you people :V

Youtube needs a frame by frame feature, and 60 FPS... Don't understand why it doesn't even have the latter yet, streams can easily run at 60 FPS nowadays yet a recorded video can't? I smell bullshit/laziness. Oh well
-
Anyone who hasn't bought MGR (and beaten it yet) should go OUT RIGHT NOW. GO GO GO GO GET ITTTTTTTTT.
-
Doesn't seem like it's startup is that of 22C in EX. Knowing how lazy they are with Tsubaki's framedata, wouldn't surprise me if CP 22B = EX 22B in terms of startup/active/recovery frames.
-
Damage is pretty high in some cases, low in others. Not CS2 levels from what I've seen, so you won't be doing at minimum 2.5-2.7K with your combos like you could in CS2 thanks to DP whiff. But it's a fair bit better than EX at least. EDIT: All overheads are faster than Tsubaki's except Rachel's I believe. You can DP out of most (all?) overheads in this game but throwing people out of them? I really think only Tsubaki is prone to it and not just because of the slower startup, but mainly the range of it as well. You can throw Ragna out of his 6B as well theoretically but in about 90% of the cases he'll be out of throw range.

Risk-reward is still skewed in the opponent's favour in many cases. Aka, if they hit you out of it/throw you they'll be able to deal more damage to you than you would have been able to do to them if it hit. The fact that it only gatlings into 5C on block is also problematic since 5C and 5CC are the most obvious spots for Charge cancels and 6B's, opponent will be able to spot it easier and punish you. Though 5C/5CC into 22B might be pretty good...depends on how safe that is on block and/or if it still acts like a frametrap. Wouldn't mind it being a few frames faster...or they could just add an overhead for 1 charge that's about 20 frames (and safe on block plx). That's my take on it at least :V EDIT: That's not to say that you should NEVER use it, because that just makes it even easier for the opponent. Just never get predictable with it and you'll be fine. (except against Kiba cause that man is able to react to it instantly whenever I use it even though I use it like once per match...lolol)

Dat PS4 meeting... Capcom came on, got SOO EXCITED FOR FUCKING DMC5...but nothing but a game that looks like Dragon's Dogma 2 under a new name. Square Enix came on, showed old stuff...then the final fantasy brand director came on and literally said "NEW FINAL FANTASY GAME THIS YEAR" and left, TELL US WHICH ONE. Though it's probably Versus 13. Blizzard...on a PS4 meeting...DA FUCK. AAAAAAAHHHHHHAHAHAAH, DIABLO FOR CONSOLES. Oh wait...Diablo 1 :V Well, too bad Diablo 3 is a piece of shit in comparison with 2. Too bad Blizzard.

Metal Gear Rising has been sent out, OH GAWD YEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS~

There are really only a few good Tsubaki's in Japan...then again, there are only a few good Tsubaki's in the west as well so eh. If I got the chance to go to Japan I really would, but going alone when my Japanese knowledge is almost none doesn't sit right with me. And yes, 5B CH - 6BB still works. considering 5B CH - 6C works and 6C is 1 frame slower. @Surfeit I love doing DP whiff whenever I can so I'll most likely end everything with air ender midscreen. Except in the Tager matchup of course.
-
They should allow you 15 seconds after a match to beat the shit out of your opponent's lifeless corpse... If you get a perfect. Hmm, the QanBa 4 looks pretty nice, it has Sanwa parts so I can probably buy the silent Sanwa stick and buttons for it as well... That way I can actually use stick at the times I can play, freaking hate how I can't DP on pad ;_;
-
I miss my CS2 days where 236x series was +5 on block. And I actually could do 5K in the corner without too much trouble. And 3K midscreen without stock. And D moves were actually safe (like they fucking should be, all of them, even j.214D. All +5 on block) Her pressure and mixup still sucked balls though, lololol.
-
I guess we found the problem, I play with English Tsubaki. Time to turn on Japanese voices and try again.
-
Maybe I just need to fight more Hazama's. though the only one that was actually good (that I know of) doesn't play this game anymore. And the other one I tend to fight has a 1 bar with me so reacting becomes a lot harder. Leading into me shedding my salty Tsubaki tears for you all. Oh well :V
-
Not doing anything that lets him 5A me? that is literally impossible as Tsubaki seeing as everything she does in her "pressure" has a gap of at minimum 6 frames.
-
Yeah, it should have...I also saw a raw 236D go through Tao's bowling ball at one point, though we never figured out HOW because no one that plays Tsubaki in JPN has reported it having any kind of projectile invis or other properties, well. Here's hoping it does have something going for it. And well, doesn't the charge cost 2 stock total? Or can you do it with C projectile too? Don't even know if that was ever actually mentioned anywhere or not and everyone that does the charge always seems to use D projectile.
-
Well, I'm mostly in the air when I get hit by it or block it... And yup, CP. the game of j.CCCCC , you thought it was stupid in CS1?! WELL DO WE HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR YOU HE CAN NOW DO IT 5-6 TIMES...OH MAH GOSH. But meh, I haven't really looked up CP vids too much but I so hope D projectile goes through his chains...and C projectile cancels them out at least...please arc sys? ;_; EDIT: Guess I'm missing the timing for a punish on the ground then. I swear I can never hit him wiith 5B and even if I do it's never a counterhit ;_;
-
Meh, the fact that I have a ridculously bad matchup with Mu doesn't help either. Sometimes I wonder how I would see the rest of the cast if I didn't play a half-gimped character.
-
I'll look them up, thanks. And yeah, the characters I think that don't deserve DP's at all are Hazama and Mu, why would you give a character that has high mobility and honestly an easy way out of blockstrings a DP, he doesn't fucking need one. Same with Mu, a zoning character doesn't even deserve a DP. Getting in on her means she made a huge ass mistake and she should not have an easy way out once I'm in. The day Tao gets a DP I'm quitting this game, seriously. (Not counting reversal supers as DP's by the way) EDIT: Yeah, it's mainly used when I'm trying to get in on the bastard lol. even if I know he's going to do it and I block it the knockback means he basically gets a safe way out yet again and the whole trying to get in thing starts over again. And hey, as a Tsubaki player I am allowed to cry at everything :V
-
Is there any way to punish his DP on block? the low recovery...actually, the knockback on that thing makes it so extremely safe it's not even funny. I guess if I block it while in the air I can't do anything at all even on IB? (stupid, by the way) God, I hate this character. so obnoxious in neutral but even more obnoxious with his combos, shit lasts longer than Litchi's combo's ;/
-
I should really get a good pad for Xbox so I can play on it as well with some of you. And why is Hazama such an obnoxious character in every version of this game, in EX his combos last 20 seconds and he gets 4K off a DP(doesn't even deserve to have one at all, tbh) and in CP he can do j.CCCCC like 5 times per combo off of any hit, which basically makes his combos also take 20 seconds. I don't care if he's the "troll character" of this series, this shit is so obnoxious ;_; In CP2 he'll be able to do 15 reps of j.CCCCC, betting on it.
-
It's 2. The little bit is just from her charging beforehand.
-
It's 2, though.
-
The only awesome pony is Platinum's pony. MLP ponies I don't like, at all. So yeah.
-
I am 99% sure it's 2 :V

I have a third eye.
