  2. Also, even if it was possible: Are you doing this as an actual entrepreneur trying to start a successful business, or are you doing this because you like Guilty Gear. Attempting to run any sort of business because you personally like some element of it and not because you know that it will be successful is a recipe for disaster. All because you want Guilty Gear to be popular doesn't mean it will be.

  4. I know this sounds stupid, and probably does nothing, but: Has anyone tried Doing Dragon Install while doing a Dragon Install? It would be cool if you could refresh DI while in DI mode.

  7. It's possible that it's not meant to be an "anytime staple," but rather a hail-mary finisher. If you don't use the move often, it would be rather difficult to block. It could be meant for use when the opponent is almost dead- you can surprise them with a true 50/50 that kills them flat out if they loose.

  18. I still say that they should have just made the execution easier by giving it a special command or buffering. Of course, FRCs were often incredibly powerful and tended to overshadow regular cancels and other 50% meter options.
  19. Two Questions: 1: Is Aksys doing the localization of CP, or just publishing it on the Vita? I heard that they're just publishing CP which is not good. 2: Based? What is this supposed to mean?
  20. Fair enough. I didn't want to get into another forum argument, but I felt I had to say something. Sorry about that; it was a bit rude.
  21. Wow. Anyways. I think Danger Time is a supposed to be a fairly uncommon game changer, so it get's it's own pause as sort of a "dramatic pause" in order to increase the tension of the match. We'll have to see how often it occurs before we can say for sure it truly messes up the game.
  22. So, Valentine looks, thematically, like a cross between a Murokumo and Izayoi. Well, I guess people have finally got their armorless Nu.
  23. As someone else mentioned, my impression is that they ignore scaling rules in order to make dumping as many stars into a combo as possible a viable option. He's all about meter management. If you get a good hitconfirm, you can convert stars into damage, but loose your specials after your done. Ignoring proation rules prevents his specials from being less appetizing as the combo goes on, and prevents a situation where "Not going for the extra special" is always a bad idea due to combo length.
