  4. For the specific combo I posted, it's pointless to do more garu reps, as you'll too heavily adjust the timing and spacing to hit with mahamaon. It's already 21000~ damage so...
  5. The biggest benefit of learning them is that they're consistent on just about everyone. I don't usually do it unless combo'ing into 2d though.

  8. Yep! Mentioned it a few pages back after watching that hot cmv where it was demo'd. Been shorthanding some combo notations because I've been posing from my phone. So 2a > d.Garu connects on fatal. As does 2b > d.Garu This is relevant because 2a(/2b) d.garu loops work flawlessly on Chie, you just hold 2 and everything is dandy,. Example combo: 2c FC > B.Zio > [2a > d.Garu(2)]x2 > 2a > 5c(2) > 2c > sb.Zio > 5c(2) > 2c > Cocentrate > 2c > b.Bufu > AoA > OMC > Ghastly leads to something like 8106?
  9. Yeah always, I can't seem to find a reason to only ever get one hit. 2a/5b ch leads to like... a full bnb. In the corner you get 2c > Concentrate~Ghastly 2a CH > D.Garu > 2a > 5b > Sweep > D.Garu > 2a > 5b > 5c > 2c > [b.bufu]x2 > j.c

Get the confirm!
  11. Mu's reward is too high for low risk moves like 3c, 5c and j.c. It's that aspect of her that's completely unfair. Losing 6k~ for getting tagged at max range with a massive airpoke midscreen is disgusting, it's even worse than CS1 Litchi j.c, which was unanimously stupid.

  14. Swift Strike also low profiles 5a, for the record. But the Garu starter if she jumps over it ends up being over 100% on Yuu for no meter. So be careful~
  15. They can't turn around after you block the uppercut, so just dash under it for a free punish. Also Tit-suru is only hard to execute it you're going for the just-frame charged normals.

Corner Throw on fear BC FC > Sb.Garu (2~) > 2a > 5c(2) > 2c > SB.Zio > 5c(2) > 2c > Concentrate > 2c > B.bufu > AoA OMC Ghastly is 6689. 150 meter doesn't actually end up being a lot to spend when you have round 70%~ health and 75%~ bar to start, as Concentrate gives you the last 100 easily. As a note, it's always superior to do [2c > concentrate > 2c > B.Bufu] over [2c > B.bufu > concentrate] The extra 2c is worth it, deals 50% bonus damage due to the previous 2c (Concentrate doesn't consume the 2c buff) and doesn't overpororate combos.

  19. Don't have my ps3 right now but I'm pretty sure the optimal combo off Airthrow CH is something like: Airthrow CH > j.D.Garu > Sweep > D.Garu > 2a > 5b > 5c(2) > 2c > B.bufu(x2) > j.c
  20. 5cc B Bufu isn't a bad callout by any means, opponent's wont be hitting buttons in the air in fear of 2c.
  21. Sb.Garu down > Stuff. Use J.b when liz is at an equal height as the opponent to get all the hits and make combing off it easier.
  22. Teddie's Circus Bear is punishable. While falling he has a small window of CH state recovery, extremely active moves will catch him for full combos. A good example of this is using Chie's Mortal Blow's invulnerable frames to dodge the hit, which times the Mortal to come out as a meaty air unblockable during his recovery window. Liz can perform something similar with Roll > D.Garu.

  24. It's the 2c 50% damage buff that gives the extra 2k.
