  1. So in your test, there was a gap, but it used a standing hitbox on a crouching opponent?
  2. What method are you using to test this and who are you testing it on? The simplest and most sure why to find out if something is a fuzzy guard is to set the CP on standblock, block first only. If he gets hit by the second one it's not a fuzzy, if he blocks it it's gapless and a fuzzy.
  3. Adv. Stein Gunner is more untechable, does more damage and has near-perfect tracking. You can do impossible combos with it.

  7. He's... slightly below mediocre in my opinion. I would compare him to CS1.0 Mu. Decent when doing their thing, problems getting there and keeping it up. He has a lot of matchups that just ruin in him as well, he basically loses in every way Carl does, but lacks the 5-cheese supreme pizza that his son loves so much.
  8. Always been true. It's -1 on block at the lowest height; hitting on the first active frame. Which means it'll be +4 hitting on the last active frame.
  9. Bad enough that I would rather not think about it... Well it's not that bad, there's always at least a 5f gap, but after that it's +. Sadly my j.2c's are often instant blocked and 5a'd because they got tired of it. An important note is that j.2c can actually be really plus if you hit in the later active frames, and it's only barely minus at minimum range; couple this with it's unique special and super cancelable landing recovery and you have a really interesting move.
  10. Oh, hmm. I never made a setup for it, I just kind of... do it in neutral off random hits. I think I could find a gapless/forceblock setup that allows for 3c ]d[ midscreen though. Not charged stein however, too much startup.

  13. Uwaaa, that's the airhit combo j.c starter on a grounded opponent is very rare due to it's property of being bad at hitting down there. identical to 3c starter for ground hit.

  15. On CH - Land, 5c > 6c > 214dwhiff > ... On normal hit - j.2c > dash 2b > ... Has enough untech on normal hit to let you figure out which you're doing. Also a ton of hitstop, very confirmable.
  16. Mu/Haz is totally 5/5. j.c shits on everything in that matchup, allowing you to get more damage meterless then he gets off the lower spectrum of his Jayoku combos.

They've earned my trust, I didn't just decide to bequeath it to them. *out of the blue* I forgot to include. Look at the Abel changelogs in SF for example, everyone thought he was completely fair, then he got it bad. And then they explained why and everyone was like: Ooooooo....
  18. Most of the time a character gets a big and blatent nerfbat, it's because they know something we don't. Which is to be expected, seeing as they actually make the game.

  21. Oh, I didn't realise everyone else was in the dark, my mistake. Yeah I follow a bunch of top JP players on twitter and his name comes up a lot. Uwaaaa, there are a bunch of videos of AKI on Nico, I'm afraid I don't have the links to them though.

  23. 5c has more blowback but less float than 2c, so if you instead do 3c RC > 665c > 2c > late chain 6c, it should give you a good clean 6c hit on just about everyone. Also, the second hit of 6b is +19 on air hit after the recovery ends, so you can link things like 66~5c > SoD > 66~~~~~, which will almost ALWAYS cornerbound them, she just runs fast enough.

  25. Oh, thought you meant 100 starter. Yeah I was trying to find some goofy combos that did exactly 9000 damage and that was the closest I could get.
