  11. Hmm... mind that this is all critique. I feel that this category of information is much more suited to a wiki format. Though it goes against the real meaning of technical, I've always thought that these types of threads should give a clean and well-defined breakdown of not just tools that the character has, but rather how, when and where to use them. I, personally, would utilize a detailed explanation of the failings and strengths of those respective tools before anything else, then refer to the framedata for proration and frame advantage for those respective aspects.

  13. That's just a full Tera JP account, the beta ended a while ago. I know Patrick rather well and interned at En Masse, so I'll probably have access to the phase 1 beta when it's released.

Every change in his favor is effectively just compensation for the tools that he lost. ex - Wolf cannons are dash cancelable on block, but are now - instead of + - j.c landing recovery opens new combo routes, required because he lacks the wolf meter to do a stronger combo after movement If you look closely at his changelog, and have a lot of experience in the matchup, you can start identifying how the changes, when combined with the system mechanics lead to a slight decrease in his potency as a character. The wolf gauge that gave him near unlimited movement and is critical to his combos was cut nearly in half, overall reducing his effectiveness as unique mechanic significantly.

  22. Meaty is not so much an attribute as it is a way to use a normal. It refers to timing an attack during an opponents wakeup so that the active frames cover their first vulnerable frames, Counterhitting mash and catching jump startup. Mu's most common meaty tools are 2b, 214d, stein shots and 236a.

    [CSE] Lambda vs Mu

    I make a considerable point of not using air drive/specials in this matchup, it's just not a good idea. My main stratagem against Lambda isn't much different than any other character v. Lambda; put her in a position where shes going to have to guess which approach option I'm taking, then capitalize on a whiffed sword, put her in the corner and kill her.
