how is this any different from any of the other versions....

see the thing about the new 2hs is that you can't just throw it out recklessly at high heats because it builds up heat... i still think its a nerf to the move i saw people try c.s (didn't work whenever i saw it) and a few other normals (i think all of them except for 5hs didn't work) off the command grab but the ones with the most reliable success seemed to be punching super and dp super, also during the testing, the robokys almost always did everything in 80+ heat.... but if you can get a 2p or a 5p to connect, that would be so sick

of the chars that i saw, i couldn't really figure out what they did with aba or axl, but eddie, venom, and potemkin looked absolutely insane i saw a couple of people using bridget, but the ones i saw weren't really making use of all the yoyo cancellable moves, but the new fb punching bear looked pretty cool... 2nd hit launched, 3rd hit wall sticks, but it looked like they got rid of the glitch, but you can manually reset the location of the yoyo

people used it but not during the 'serious' round the cancel into j.k off tk fb came out so much faster, also going down to land right after doing it i think the 80 heat 2s is actually his biggest buff based on the amount of damage it can get off it with a meterless launcher also 2hs coming down seems not that useful.. it lands just a little in front of him and since it builds up a bit of heat, you can actually overheat from your own 2hs and then it disappears

the followup to 6hs still wallstuck it looked like, just 6hs itself ground bounced but i think 6hs -> 5hs wallstick doesn't look as long as before tho to people that played this test version (mynus/elvenshadow?) is slashback similar to what its like in AC now? i saw people weren't building up guard bar for just throwing it out there

ok watching a roboky on the location test stream the 2s in heat is pretty cool, there is a pretty big boom when the laser hits the floor, you can combo off of it meterlessly without it going black OMG HE DID FIRE PONY LOOP OFF OF 80 HEAT 2S!!!! 2hs doesn't build up too much heat, but the hidden missile aspect doesn't seem to be all that great in terms of tracking the throw and command throw trajectory is different, but he hasn't been doing them too much YES YOU CAN JUST COMBO PUNCHING SUPER FROM COMMAND THROW AND DP SUPER impossible dust missile loop and nezu 100% meter dizzy combo still works in corner oh god counterhit wallbounce lvl3 pony is so much better than the current counterhit float

well i never played or saw much of kliff, but it looks like they are doing stuff to take away his like instant dizzy combo off counterhit 6p anywhere on the screen anymore and no more one hit into j.d loop or corner projectile 2hs loop

omg does that mean j.hs counterhit won't send them flying downward anymore? that is an amazing buff that and the pony buffs sound amazing what does everyone else think about the command throw changes? i love the fact that the return is 2:1 now, but halving its damage is quite unfortunate, since that's a large part of my playstyle, although startup invincibility frames sounds absolutely nuts also , about the punching super, did they change to followup to just 6 or is it still 236S, cuz i saw something like that on the original pdf.

one thing i noticed without being able to read is that the FB input is changed from j.236D to j.214D i asked a friend that can read japanese and he was saying the changes say can move from frame 1 cancellable frame is now frame 2 instead of frame 7 can cancel with air dash or air back dash heat dispersion cut to half also command grab got changed big damage nerf ;_____; looking like max damage will do less than 1/2 of before but something like the max meter return is 50% while max meter drain is 25% not sure what the rest says noooooooooooooooooo it looks like they slowed down dust from 20 to 22f startup ;___; so it looks like the 2hs hidden missile thing is at 80% heat after all based on google translate...it looks like a lot of moves that originally didn't build up heat or build up more heat so maybe they are trying to give roboky players more ways to build up heat for all the 80C heat stuff (sounds like a forced playstyle change to me and as a consequence nerfing the amount of hits of missile loop due to heat constraints)

keep up the practice based on the videos it seems to me like ghosts are the summon you seem to work the best with dunno if it was on purpose or not, but it seemed like there were times you could have waited to summon a dog, but chose ghosts instead yeah i'm not much of a zappa player so i can't give too much more advice, but i don't think you needed to frc all the full screen ghost throws and work on your dog pressure, that thing is BS if done right also i think older brother might need to cut back on some of those charge bursts

I had a great time at this event It was great seeing everyone there and I'd like to give my first shoutout to Tropical Smoothie Cafe the rest can come later -
an easy one i do is 5d j.s j.s j.s j.p j.s j.p j.d it pushes them pretty far horizontally too this doesn't do as much damage as the optimal dust combos starting with j.d, but this combo works on everyone, so you don't have to figure out when to jump cancel the j.d for maximizing damage the best impossible dust combo is done in the corner 5d missile xn if you can get 5 missiles there is a decent chance you will dizzy them (and overheat and explode :<)

think of it as a challenge.... can justice get nerfed harder than #R roboky?

wait... so if you finish them off with a multi hitting move and then they get hit past death due to the rest of the hits coming out, they're gonna start the next round with 50% meter? or would this be for doing extra move inputs after death -

Also can anyone confirm if he can still control the dog from being dizzied? To me, that is possibly the most annoying thing in the game. -
wait really? why was this not mentioned earlier, seeing as this would be the main method to prevent people from mashing slashback

oh yeah you could actually mash SB like crazy, but isn't there also reduced frame advantage from doing a slashback within a certain interval of a slashback?

i hate you i like that bg music hopefully he has some more changes other than the ones listed so far.... the air dp sounds not so useful at the moment and the 'hidden missile' 2hs might not be all that useful either considering that currently the 2hs missile disappears when he gets hit

oh wow that is much more drastic than i had thought, yeah i was afraid it wouldn't be that much of an increase, so the it'd be a much smaller risk than a reward i never used SB to change my momentum (always used FD instead), i wonder which people preferred for those that used SB also i guess someone should add that the portrait flashes close to dizzying to the list of system changes thanks mynus

roboky's standing punch wasn't jump cancelable in regular ac either
