If it works like it does in extend, he shoudlve inputted airdash, j.B, j.2C also it might be mashable after the low, hard to say, just because 6A is safe on block doesn't mean there is enough time for 6B to get active. But it's freaking scary....... i can't believe they did this. Also there's no way to know if 6A is even safe on block in this game. It's all just speculative.
  6. i actually find the Dnails to be REALLY cool, have you seen how you can Dnail glide now? You can airdash, toss Dnails, then continue falling foward instead of being forced to the ground straight. I think it actually makes Dnails better at covering ground then before, you see a few pages back in one of zeth's vids
  7. It's pretty OP.. but in order to do it you need to land EACH of his drives. You can't do seal combos with like 3x j.D and 1x 5D. You literally need 1 of each drive in order to unlock the use of this super. And when you are not in overdrive, you don't get the powerup from the seals, so the super only does 2.4k i think? If you try to combo into it, it purple grabs. Edit: Mac, in overdrive it's 4327k.
  8. Linear, bang's seals unlock a new distortion drive. He teleports to wherever the opponent is and does a command grab. It is inescapable if the opponent is already airborn, if they are grounded, they might be able to hold up in time, since the move seems to do a ground command grab if they are on the ground and an air command grab if they are in the air. I'll get you a video. Also keep in mind bang's distortion drives seem to get powered up in overdrive and have alternate animations. Even daifunka (but i haven't seen it yet). It might be a straight buff when you are in overdrive, but i heard it might be the more seals you have, the more the distortions are powered up in overdrive. In any case, the new distortion requires all 4 seals in order to activate, so you only have the max power version in overdrive.   9. in extend, 6B RC rapid combos do about 4k and are rarely blocked by anyone. Especially considering you can set it up to be 4 Overheads (5C, 6B RC, airdash, j.B, j.C). Being able to place a 6B after 2B (which normally ended pressure) is amazing. Being able to do it after 6A which is where we usually setup a frame trap is just ridiculous. I highly doubt there is going to be a 6A - 6B gatling though. I hope i'm wrong !
  10. I don't think so Linear. It really boils down to whether you want seals or not. Also keep in mind the inputs for j.C are now different. j.C in EXtend = is now inputted as j.2C j.4C in EXtend = is now inputted as j.C Also, notice how you can poison the opponent at the end and STILL KEEP KNOCKDOWN?! And I'd be surprised if the relaunch works one everybody. Zeero, that combo requires level3 drill which has to be built up, and it's off a j.D starter (an amane fan in montreal pointed that out to us when we viewed that vid) It's basically not real match material. But even if it was, the game is DEFINITELY going to be broken until further revisions. It's to be expected.

  12. I understand your point of view, Zeero. There are 2 things that come to mind, though. We are BOUND to see hype combos bubble up as the japs play the game in the coming month (remember how every combo got gimped CS1=>CS2 when they removed midscreen wallbounce and added emergency tech on EVERYONE's sweeps?). Personally I love the wall sticks/slides And... This is the first iteration of a brand new game. I expect it to be dysfunctional, broken, experimental and retarded. If they just rebalanced CSX, id expect nothing short of perfection, but they seem to have gone great lengths to undo their mistakes, and unfortunately that means the game balance is completely reset. It's going to take AT LEAST 2 revisions over this game to make it right. As for Caruru, he got the greatest buff ever in CP. THAT FUCKING VOICE, OMG !!! I am going to attempt to sub carl in BBCP just for the voice they gave him in this game.

  14. Im pretty sure 2B losing jump cancel and 5B gaining jump cancel was mentioned in the JBBS. But i hadn't heard of the 2B=>6B gatling. That is going to lead to some SERIOUSLY scary mixup. 6B is freaking devastating as it is already with only it's 5A and 5C gatlings. I've never used a 6B rapid mixup and not hit my opponent. If we can do it at the end of a 2B blockstring it's going to be freaking amazing. Especially considering people will be either waiting for super crash(with or without crush trigger) or 2C. This is really amazing..
  15. CS1 was dumb. I couldn't fight ANYONE without hearing some kind of WHINING about Bang. It was the worst shit ever when everyone talked down wins cause of tier lists. CSX is the best game for me so far, because people stopped shedding tears for tiers. I also love the combos in CSX the most (but i am biased, FRKZ).

  17. By the looks of some of those combos, Zeth, 5D can be used mid combo in FRKZ. I am very happy to hear that. EDIT For the new 4 seal distortion, notice how when not in Overdrive, he says " Fuu Rin Ka Zan!" for the 4 hits in the move, but the overdrive counterpart (supposedly all distortions are powered up by having 4 seals in overdrive?) has 6 hits, and he actually uses the original 6 idiom version created by Sun Tzu and says "Fuu Rin Ka Zan In Rai !!" for 6 hits, "In" being for "dark" or as in "dark as secret (or the hidden part of the moon)", and "Rai" for "strike like thunder". It's pretty hype that they dug that deep into detail for this move. The Japanese always use 4 for poetry or proverbs; 4 verses or 4 idioms etc. The Chinese often used 6 idioms and it seems Bang is able to dig deep into the roots of FRKZ.

  20. Deadliest ! I'm pretty hype for it ! PLUS all of bang's distortions (including the new command grab dd) get powered up in overdrive based on how many seals you have. I think it's 4200 damage in FRKZ. That's going to make people scared to jump, it's inescapable in the air without an air reversal. is it bad that i'm even more hype for 5D though ?!!!!!!!!! DAT OKI
  21. new distortion is indeed a command grab, if they're on the ground when it goes off, they can hold up to avoid it since first frame of jumping animation is invincible to grabs. But if they're already in the air, they will need to use an air reversal to avoid it (which not many characters have). Example: Hotaru, air Infernal Divider, air Origins etc. On the jpbbs they tested doing it on someone mid airdash and it still caught them.
  22. Sophisticat.. that new hakumen ground pickup move is HYPE !!!!!!! HOW CAN YOU NOT LIKE IT YET?! for the record i like the new game design layout, especially the new burst icon and HP bars and meter gauges.
  23. It's Zeth's video ! i was just pointing out a part of it ! and yea the distortion is great, it's exactly as it was described in the jpbbs, including the extra damage in OD. Can't wait to see the new daifunka with 4 seals in FRKZ ! .. i also can't wait to TECH TRAP someone into the new DD.
