Though honestly, it only ever takes 1 good hit to kill Vergil. I run Wolverine / Plasma Beam. So I can just cheap it out, X-Factor and then he's gone. Match won.

When I see Vergil Activate swords I yield every drop of momentum and try to run away. Then I realise he has tracking teleports. Then a sword touches me and I die.

I loved DMC3 Vergil. Shame they kinda crapped on him and killed him off. UMvC3 Vergil...Makes me glad one of my favourite VG Character is all cool and badass and strong. But...Why make him that strong?

Fought against a Cosmic Lord with 6K Vergil Plays on Marvel just now. I shit you not. I hammered his Zero, but his Vergil came in with 2+1/2 bars. I was in blockstun for about 5 Marvel seconds all whilst blocking 100% Safe mixups. But then... Spiral Swords > Instant Overhead > Land > Call's Magneto Beam Assist > Rapid Slash > X-Factor > Rapid Slash > Devil Trigger WHY. WHY. WHY. WHY. WHY. WHY. INSTANT OVERHEADS INTO 2 FAKE CROSSUPS INTO A CROSSUP

I'm glad they made j.4C a normal j.C. I could IAD in EX but my god I screw it up so much. IAD Combo's look 100% necessary right about now. That change was a good call.
