They didn't release MGR on the 360 in Japan but they did over here. The 360 is all but dead in Japan, so much so developers don't eve bother with it.

Charge has me really interested in Kagura. I've played charge for years and genuinely find it easy as pie. I hope he's interesting though. Gimme a good drive plz. In general. You would want to end combos with strong Okizeme. You want to be in a better position than your opponent when they are getting up. The Wiki covers this. I'd personally use meter in a punish combo. Or to make something safe with an RC. But that's just me. Use meter however you see fit.
