So it's possible they made a last minute switch. Although I also find that kinda unlikely, seeing to how close these events happened. And I'd expect such a tribute to rather show up in GG, than BB...

I don't think you need to by the L.E. to get the vocal tracks. Just check here: http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?scode=GAME-0012100 I think the L.E. gives a special custom pad, on top of the music cd. Though they might come with more specifications later, like during TGS or something.

Basically, if you order any physical version of JP Xrd early. You'll get a "First Come First Served" Bonus that is the Vocal Tracks. However, no one still knows which tracks it will contain, and I doubt we'll get to know much until we're getting close to release day.

Call me crazy guys, but I think all the vocal tracks featuring good'ol Outrage-Man will be featured in the Vocal Tracks. Glad I've already pre-ordered the game now.

Honestly, I have no idea, why. But I also don't know whether or not they they had a placeholder for Bedman's theme during the loketests. So it might be the same case with this. Definitely not the place to post it. You should consult the old Vastedge rip-thread, as I know Kurushii has ripped the app once, without getting the vocal themes. So if the vocal themes are not specifically featured on the app, I don't see any point in trying.

Let's cross fingers it's a placeholder, ala Xrd's loketests. Though, my expectations are kinda low right now.

Kinda screams how this update probably is one last cash-in on Blazblue's current state, before they make the jump to next gen/an engine similar to Xrd's. Remember, production of PS3-games is most likely ending by 2015. Let's just hope they keep the update digital. XD

Wait, you mean as in the original composition itself or just the sound of it in my recreation? If you mean the former, then I believe it's intentional. This is a vs-theme after all, and I believe it's equally as important to create a sense of the two characters clashing on top of the emotions around them fighting each other. If it's the latter, then it might be an effect of the sounds clashing with each other. That part is probably one of the parts that contains the least instruments playing at once. It's nothing but guitars, drums and bass, so the mix might have resulted in the guitars "meshing" each other out.
