  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HBlRkXZlYwg#t=9m24s How do you do Hotaru this low? I've seen this a few times in match vids and they always land way, way sooner than when I do TK or hop Hotaru. Mine never look like this and it keeps me from taking the 2c combo path for it.
  2. "Hitstop" is how long everything on screen is frozen when a hit connects (more clear for successful hits than for blocked ones). To see a good comparison, go in training mode and compare how long everything stops for Hakumen's jab vs. how long everything stops when he strikes with a sword attack. It's similar to the way everything stops for a significant amount of time when the finishing blow is dealt and a round ends.

  4. It will beat autopiloted ACs, but will lose to Tagers treating Hotaru like a DP and ACing late, hence "it can be baited if you do it a lot."   5. You have to choose based on what you think the Tager is going to do. TK Hotaru beats Collider and 360s if done properly, but it can be baited if you do it a lot. Look for patterns and act accordingly. You can punish Tager for wrong guesses just as much as he can punish you for wrong guesses.

Maybe it's less easy to use compared to other AAs? I don't particularly want to speculate without having my hands on it. It does seem like comboing off it off a CH is a potential issue.
  9. Does anyone else get 4k off a DP? I don't feel like a little nerf to it is unreasonable. It's still high damage for a very small amount of meter that basically pays for itself.
  10. Air throw -> Tsubaki was usually the go to for corner air throw in CS2.
