Correct Character Proration does not figure into hitstun decay which is why characters with high proratio like Hakumen and Tager can actually do combos at all.

No her fastest normal is 5A, you need to look at the startup value. Frame Adv is how much you are ahead or behind if they block that attack and you let it recover (instead of canceling to something else). But you shouldn't do 5A either, most of the time after a combo you should just block.

What can I say, I just tested inputting her astral as 2369236C and it came out fine. At mid height of course so it would miss anyone on the ground but it did come out. Go to training and turn on input display and check what else your are putting in there. A guess would be that you are pushing the button to early and getting just 2369C which would be TK swallow moon.

Platinums astral is both air and ground so even you get a jump in there it should still come out. You sure you have all the requirements for the astral? 100 heat, active burst icon, opponent less than 35% health, winning round.

While we are talking wiki there is an error in the frame data page in the revolver action table. 2CC should have 5C 3C Fatal Counter isn't listed either.

Decent beginner stick. I have the xbox version as a backup stick that people can borrow if they didn't bring their own. Compared to the better sticks the joystick has a larger deadzone (you need to move the stick further for it to register) and the buttons are harder and also have a larger "deadzone". Also the stick is fairly light so it moves around a bit more in your lap. On the other hand this makes it easier to carry.

Beating Arcade mode at higher difficulties gives a ton of exp and is reasonably fast. Probably Unlimited Mars as well but can't say for sure as I am not good enough to do that

Tier is obviously not everything. Out of all 18 (more than 1/4 of all teams) Ragnas only 1 managed to get into top 8 while 2 of the 3 Makotos managed to do the same. Of course it's important who their teammates where as well but still.

Tsubaki Enhancement is always full Book meter. It's like putting it at 5 in training, you are still limited to 5 in a combo but it will regenerate back to full a sec or two after the combo finish.

Seems to be delays in Sweden as well. Of the two major retailers I checked Webhallen (online) and Gamestop (physical store chain) neither have it today, Gamestop says Friday and Webhallen can't give any date atm.

Using a Optoma HD65 DLP projector on a 131" screen here. Anyone knows about possible delay in projectors? Currently enough scrub that it won't make much difference but would be nice to know at least.
