Well, after about the first 20 matches, I started being really scrubby... You were blowing me up with shit I know you can do, but aren't sure how to punish. Those 2Ds were killing me. I start IBing at one point, and then you started doing different strings. I know you can DP after 6B, but every time I tried to do that, it wouldn't come out. I just can't handle fighting your jin I guess, and I can't confirm into all the combos I've learned yet.

I don't know about you guys, but I spent like 8 hours in training mode on Monday... don't talk to me about not practicing. >

I had fun with those games against you. I tried to add you to my list but your friends list is apparently full. Man, your play reminds me why I hate Litchi. She can stuff my approaches pretty easily, and then followup with a combo. I can only stuff approaches. I don't get combos off those.

The heat gain for the 214A version is the same, but I haven't checked the heat for the 214C ender version. 2790/51 and 2697/45.

That might not be a bad idea. We should should probably pick out standard "BnBs" for those wanting to learn the basics of the character. Then, point them to the thread for advanced combos that require knowledge of how the character's mechanics really work. On a side note, I really want to write a "New FG Player's Guide to BlazBlue" some day. Xiei's videos are awesome, but I feel like we need something in written form that goes through and explains the basics, frame data, frame traps, etc.

Yeah I was trying variations of a 5C link instead, because I suck at 44 2C with that small of a time window. Also, you know that 5B isn't necessary after the 5A, right?

Hey guys, anyone got advice for getting this to work? 5A > 5B > 5C > DP B > (Delayed) 6C > (Delayed) 214A > 44 2C > 6C > 6D > IAD j.2C > j.C > 66 5B > 5C > 3C > 214A (2813/52) No mater what I do I can't get that 2C link to work. Either it doesn't come out, or it's way too slow to redbeat.

Aha! You're right! It will only whiff if you're too close to the corner AND the opponent hits the ground after j.D. It works always if you don't hit the corner. Hmm, alternatively the combo will always work if you omit the 66 5C. It's a 3 heat and 62 damage loss though.

So I discovered why I have so much trouble with 2B > 5B > 5C > Sekkajin > 66 5C > j.2C > j.C > j.D > 6C > 214C... Apparently, if the opponent hits the ground after j.D, the second hit of 214C will whiff. Fucking stupid height dependent combo...

I'll probably invite people to my place one more time before I leave for good. :P Not sure when that will be though.
