I think I used to connect it with other moves in the start, actually. Like maybe I'd do 2C before the j.Bs or something. I need to go try that one, actually. I just like being able to do it because it looks awesome.

'Kay guys, I used to be able to do this one combo no problem, now I just can't for some reason. The combo is ... CD 6 > j.B j.B |> > j.B j.B |> > j.B j.B airspike. I just can't connect a jumping move off the banishing strike, any ideas why that could be? Also, is this even practical, or just stylish?

O SHI- I have strats for hol horse to post! Oki game is stupid, you can basically loop this one unblockable all day and if they reversal roll out you throw them or something I guess, otherwise they're completely screwed. Or just wait and do it over there too, or something. Anyway, the unblockable is glass move -> sweep. No idea on tiers but Pet Shop and Shadow Dio are apparently often considered the best in the game.

... ... ... How... the FUCK... could you have imperfect roms. I really want to know that, since, y'know, isn't the only way you can GET roms in the first place taking the arcade version and ripping it, basically?

Stand button is good for hol horse, I personally just let it go straight (optional up afterwards if I predict a jump) and use it as part of my keepaway game since he's not too much about combos IMO. Challenge mode ends at stage 10 after you fight Dio/Jotaro IIRC. Basically arcade mode + survival mode. I've been playing this on the emulators recently. I can finally play my scrubby Dio on stick, and make him slightly less scrubby as a result!

What... the FUCK. So... Akatsuki is barely changed (more invincibility for less damage doesn't seem too bad to me), and fucking SAI AND ANONYM GOT WORSE. WHAT THE FUCK. I demand that they stop making shit characters MORE shit than they already were. I'm trying to play them here, and I have to deal with them getting MORE shitty? They even nerfed Murakumo, and he wasn't worth nerfing at all. Honestly, I'm glad there seems to be some nerfing on Mycale, since she was top, but seriously... this is the worst. Just... wow. No changes to Blitztank at all, then? That's wonderful, since Blitztank is already the worst character in the game. Wasn't Soldat like A tier? So now he's better due to no downside to that, just upsides? I seriously hope there's a LOT being left out here. I don't want my god-awful characters made worse. On a side note, I've already changed my combos in the wiki to what I do in the new patch. Fuck 5C, I guess it was too good that we could do... less damage than we do now. Whatever.

I'm the one writing shit on Sai, Sugoroku, etc. I also threw in a bit for Mycale, Murakumo, and I think I corrected a few mistakes. With this new version, they seem to have made the stuff I put up for Sai not work, but I put in what I am currently doing. I've been meaning to get damage numbers but I am hella lazy and can't even do half of the stuff I'm putting in there because I suck on a keyboard. I also agree with H-F Blade winning. Adler's song too, correct?

Just out of curiosity, who plays this and was at Evo North? I had my DC and was all ready to set the game up, but they stole all the TVs for CvS2 on the only day I was there.

Wasn't comparing glitches, just games. Misread the post, sorry. Toki = Best character in HnK Testament = Best character in AC Everyone in HnK has a 100%. No one in AC does. That was all I meant. Thanks for actually responding about glitches though, haha. I personally think arcade HnK character specific glitches are far worse (Rei uppercut, Shin invincibility), but then I don't know too much about HnK and for all I know they're not actually as bad. By the way, I actually find the two to be the two most fun fighting games for me, with HnK only slightly below AC. Regardless of how much I joke about it being a terrible game (I've been doing it elsewhere, not sure about here though), I love it more than most of the rest.

Um, nothing in ^C makes it as bad as HnK? Testament is the Toki though, I guess, except less broken? Check out threads in The Foundation, I have no idea.

Jam's new charge system is like my favorite thing about AC besides Robot not sucking again. 3 Ryuujins in a row = WHAT.

Am I the only one who REALLY likes FB bubble after 2D? I remember hearing people say the FB bubble just sucks. It's great for instantly forcing them to go on the defensive in that situation, though. I'm doing 2D 2147D 421S 214PP now. So it's knockdown, bubble, spear hits their guard, pops bubble afterwards forcing them to stay defensive while you throw the fish, and since the fish stay out again they have to go on defensive. At least, that's how it works out for me as of now, no idea if it's actually practical. By the way PP fish is pretty amazing for pressure IMO. HP fish is probably best overall though.

Not to mention that combos are "LOL ONE HIT" except for special moves which do like 4x the damage of normals. >>
