  1. Thank you for the feedback. While the footage is from a month ago, I do still have some of these as really bad habits. Ive pretty much removed 28D from my gameplan unless its a combo finisher, as well as not using the grab at Neutral. Ive been practicing more optimal combos. Ive never been too good at confirming, but I have seen improvement from then. Because I play netplay alot, I run into a lot of people who simply don't respect Kagura's pressure, so I find it even harder to enforce stuff like 6A and confirm said moves. Ive also been quite fond of using j.C to get in lately, but I fear I may be over relying on it, Though, outside of that, 6A & DP, I dont know any other way to control air space. And last but not least, Ive been ending my stuff in the usual 2DB > B Orb Oki. Honestly, Im a little sad I didnt do this sooner. And A orbs in Neutral.
  2. Im kinda curious what happens to Taro near the end. In CP they said both Mai & Taro dissapeared, so I'm gonna assume he has some level of importance in the story.

  6. I dont have recording equipment (yet), so is anyone willing to have some matches with me to help me improve my Kagura (Advice and all that?) I feel like I need someone to tell me what im doing wrong with this guy lol. I feel like im using j.C too much, and my DP always gets baited, but I have a hard time getting in otherwise. Most of my wins come from me sitting on meter for counter assaults and wave super. -_- Simply put, I feel like I can never go on offense (so I never get to do those 5k combos I practice.)

  8. The Noel army is annoying, yes. For some reason I only seem to run into Platinums (Heart Car) and Terumis (Idiot 6C mashers) To add to my previous statement, why the hell can't I punish heart car online?
  9. The [2] part of the input can actually be a 1 or 3 input. If you hold 3 while dashing, you can still keep dashing. Ive actually been practicing this 'technique' myself, unfortunately I dont get many opportunities to try it out.
  10. Ground Saber is no problem for Kagura, but I do find 6D~C to work quite well against both types of Sabers. If you get a CH you can go for some flashy Kagura stuff, but don't be predictable with it, as I found out the hard way. Im thinking about mixing in some j.6D~1/3C to throw them off, but then again that's easy to work around. How good is 5D~A in this matchup? Its gotta be useful for sumthin'?
  11. I can never use Yukikaze online when I predict an opponents' overhead (Jin mirror lol) It kinda bugs me that its not a 214214 input but meh. Everytime I attempt it I eat a 3-4k combo (at least I keep my meter.) Fuck input lag.

  13. Oh yeah can that combo I mentioned work off a 5DB > 2DB > RC combo? If so, I think I may have found my go-to command grab combo (with meter.) I ask myself this every day. Especially when im fighting Tao, Rachel, of any other character who can control the field better than me.
  14. I'm actually getting the hang of the 5DC > 2DA link. I mean its sill kinda tough, but its just a timing thing really. I could just omit the Distortion at the end for Oki if neccesary as well.
  15. Hey ive been in training mode, looking up anything that could help my Kagura. Most of what i've found is pretty meh or has already been discovered, but what about this combo? Is it practical?: 6C*-6DB-5DC-2DA-B Orb-5C-A Orb-5C-6DC-2DC-28D. I tried it and it net me about 5.8K midscreen (I started with 6DB though, not 6C). I would like to know if its worth it before commiting it to muscle memory.
  16. Ragna, Terumi and Bang come to mind for fairly obvious reasons. Honorable mention goes to Makoto.
  17. I would say what I say for most Unlimited Fights. Pick Jin/Hakumen/Terumi and fish for counter supers, but Arakune spends 90% of his time in the air and the bugs interrupt too much (They downright wont let me use supers, period.) I'd say avoid Arakune like the plague that he is.
  18. Some guy I fought who kept playing as stylish Tao & stylish Noel. And just kept mashing C & D in midair. And then when I beat him with Flash Kicks, he started using stylish Kokonoe. Also people who obviously don't play Koko but switch to her when they lose, because they think she's an instant win character. I fought like 3 people yesterday in lobbies who tried that on me (not including the sylish guy.)
  19. I main Kagura and Mitsuru respectively and find their voices to be truly godlike in english. Especially Kagura, Shinjiro's voice is surprisingly good for the perverted lord of Ikaruga. Im honestly quite indifferent about japanese voices. I will use to them if I have to with no complaints, but if I have the option to use english voices then I'll use them. I will admit, as much as I like their English VA's: Platinum sounds more derp than she did in CS. Especially Sena's battle quotes. "Soupular!" Bullet sounds too quiet, and so does Azrael. (In Azrael's case he also sounds like Nixon when he gets mad. lol) Bang...well we all know about English Bang. (He somehow grew on me in the stupidest way possible.) This too. I dont see Noel as the same whiny mary sue like in the first two games, and Christina Vee did a good job at showing the maturity of the character.
  20. Yes. More BlazBlue in the states is always a good thing. I know I would buy it in an instant.
  21. HP? I wanna say around 14-15,000 but i'm not exactly sure. I do know that 46A makes 3 orbs in Unlimited form. I think the general rule of thumb for CP Unlimiteds is that Overdrive buffs are always active (unless you're Bang), so these rules also apply. 1.) You can switch stances indefinetly, as long as they aren't the same. 2.) Most C and D moves can be dash cancelled. After CP 1.1 update, Unlimited Kagura should be able to use OD 28D whether he's in OD or not (reason I say should is because I dont know if they'll work like CS Unlimiteds and not factor in updates.) I may update this post when I get home and find something new, but this is just general knowledge about him.

  25. 1 Frame? Well its even more suprising to me because I am getting better at it. I still dont want to rely on it in like Netplay or something (dat lag), but Its not as difficult due to the input buffer. Thanks.
