Game needs more manly tier characters like azrael. I don't even play the dude but if I was going to convince ppl to play this game I would show him over the all the cute tier characters this game keeps throwing at us.

Not sure if she can still do 2d(3) but the j.D wall bounce seems to put Ragna low enough so he can't attack after he recovers and Makoto gets decent advantage. I think it could lead into ppl having to guess if she is going to overhead,grab,parry, or go low.

Looks like Makoto's Mars Chopper is now a hard knockdown and the ability to cancel lvl2 drives could lead into some interesting stuff.I Hope she has more good things coming. Edit: looks like Ragna was able to tech as soon as he hit the floor, my bad. But still much better then being neutral.

I'm not saying everyone needs to be Makoto lvl as her current 1.1 is nothing llike she was when she first came out. However, they seem to be doing some much needed changes to characters drives, game play and just overall fixing some of the things that required little effort but gave too much reward or just made you think wtf?? Ie: Azrael having a dp with his tool set is just wrong.

Most of the loke changes seem to make perfect sense to me from a balance perspective. Sorry but if things like litchi gets hit during staff launch and gets to keep it makes sense, or valk keeping full unseeable wolf mixup, OR even Hazama just chaining around the screen without even thinking. Then you are crazy good sir.

IMO one seems good enough just to build some hype but other then that how much constructive feedback are you going to get from an open test? I bet most of the stuff an average/casual play says would lead to stupid stuff like crazy normal DMG, infinite combos, and/or LOTS of +frame moves. On a positive note they seem to be trying to give the whole cast a unique feel. Also they are toning down the top tiers a decent amount and leveling the playing field more.

You want your feedback from people that don't really play so you can Nerf things that were working just fine and power up the "wtf that (insert move) is op. Why can he/she do x,y,AND z!?!".

My hope is they are trying to develop Makoto's drives into more then Lvl3 and 2d lvl2 only with the special cancel and also develop astral vision more. I really like the ideal behind astral vision but ppl can mash as soon as they see it and 234d is way too much risk to counter that. -
Where are these Makoto buffs you speak of? Most of the stuff looks like nerfs to me.

Some of the changes seem more odd then usual. Especially -214A doesn't go as far anymore.. Considering the only time you would do that from a distance is with cosmic ray. It's like they don't want cosmic ray or lander blow to actually be used at all.. -

Has Kokonoe even won anything major since 1.1? Because based on what I saw during Evo Tager was making her llook overrated.

Seems like a decent change on paper. My hope is it will make other players hesitate a little more, kind of like when you play against hakumen. -
Most likely they will do something like ultra street fighter 4 if they learned anything from Extend. Plus, the recent PR for Blazblue in general seems to suggest they really want this game to be main stream even in the US. Also, with all the changes I highly doubt this will be free. I love free as much as the next person but at the end of the day this is still a for profit company we are talking about.

Your list seems more legit then the usual S A B we see everywhere. Sorry but no way characters like bullet are on the same tier as Rachel. And Makoto really is that bad sadly. She is just way too honest at everything in a game with a bunch of frauds. -

Would be nice to see some decent changes but I think if any event would do that then Arc Revolution would be what they actually watch. Also, expect more nerfs.. Whoever is in charge of balance HATES Makoto and 10% Acorn taunt being an actual change says it's a fact. -

You are correct.There is a gap between both C in 5CC so dps will beat it. However, it beats just about everything else making it a decent frame trap. -

You can stop the string early and bait their dp mashing. Most Ragna stop mashing once they see you are now doing that. I think there are other ways too like 213b but I'm not 100% sure on that one. -

Sounds like you guys are playing ppl that are much above your skill lvl. Yes, it's good to play better ppl but if the skill lvl of the other player is that much higher you won't really learn anything. Like Mac Chaos said, add ppl with like skill/block color to your friends list and you should be good to go for now.
