  2. yea I know, we're lazy asses and its kinda hard to get exact frame data without a mook. Off the top of my head 4C is about 10f now, lost its charge. The hitbox also got nerfed a bit. j.2A has more active frames, about 12 I think You can't link 5C/2C after CH 3C anymore If you want some more specific changes, they should be in this thread around when the game came out.   5. Kishuu lost its projectile invulnerability in extend, so no you can't just dash through for free anymore. And Hakumen doesn't exactly have the best mixup, so its pretty easy for Nu to just block and dash backwards. Its really not as easy as you're making it sound, trust me.
  6. Hakumen vs. Nu is infuriatingly difficult, but its not his worst matchup, I'd still rather fight her than Tao. The former just requires an insane amount of patience and good reads.
  7. I literally fought a Noel who RQ'd after getting hit by Yukikaze. Like yo what the fuck, is it really my fault when you activate a counter move. I know casuals like to play the game their own way and nobody likes to lose, but I feel like people who play these games just want wins handed to them. God forbid you actually give them a challenge.....
  8. I just really adapt to whatever the opponent does and blow them up for it; netplayers are pretty transparent when it comes to playstyles, so its not exactly difficult to pick them apart once you got them down.

  11. The matchup got slightly harder with the Zanshin nerf though, which inadvertently made his orb okizeme stronger. Last night, I used 2D to catch it and he was able to setup his command grab during the recovery. And his 6DC eats through projectiles, so be careful when you toss out 4C to cut orbs when he's approaching.

  13. Yea, you don't want to play too offensively on Kagura. It's pretty easy for him to reverse things with his DP, so that's something you constantly need to be aware of. I fought a fairly decent Kagura last night for a few matches and consistently won by playing outside his range. Let them come to you.   15. So yea, the B version of his Flash Kick recovers a lot faster than the old version of his C one. You won't be able to 5C it all, and it pushes you back enough where 5B/2B won't connect either. You can still punish it tho, just mainly with 4C and 3C now.

  18. Ok, so quick question; does anyone know if there's an issue with crossplay between different regional copies? I don't seem to get any invites from a PS4 using the English copy and I have the Japanese download.

  22. I like sticking with what I know honestly, and mostly because I like Hakumen's style out of everyone. I probably use another character if I found someone who interested me.

  25. This is such circular logic lol. A character is considered good because their tools give them advantages in certain matchups, so yea a character with good matchups is kind of an indicator how viable they are. There's like now way to test if a character is good or not without playing against other characters.
