I was playing this match again yesterday, and the amount of space S.Labrys control is actually really good, so I can't move freely. Does anyone has more strats vs this match?

I dont think you can categorize characters like that, and "most other things" is too vague. Also Yukiko has really good space control, but no way she's S-tier.

Recently ive faced some S.labrys, I found that it actually depends on what they are doing, for example, there are some S.labs that like to order Asterios to do something and then just turtle, those are not that hard, just identify which attacks they do and approach. The ones that actually go in after that are the hard ones, but at least for now, my plan is just to dodge her attacks and AA her accordingly if she jumps too high for you to AA her with 2B, just roll. Also S.lab cannot punish Zio very well, so you can get more of those blocked without too much to worry about than vs let's say Narukami or Mitsuru. Oh and when the game is neutral, don't jump at her, just don't; Asterios' 2C eats those for free, maybe jump and airbackdash to bait it?

Ive got a question regarding 5D FC, what's the best combo you do after it? as in, meter conservative (50sp at the most) and damaging at the same time.

^ I even dropped the OMC into ghastly things, so I lost 50sp for absolutely nothing, I felt like a scrub.

You probably mistimed the AoA and hit them in the air. When you get an air hit of any AoA they go flying up and fall back (the can't tech until they touch the ground iirc)

Ive got a question regarding the region lock system of this game. I used to live in Australia for a while and I got my PS3 there, so which version of P4U should I import? the EU one? or does australia have a different version of P4U as well?

I've seen some people do AoA instead but i dont know if it does more damage overall. Oh and the AoA hits them like if they were on the ground.

Yeah I feel like rather than go balls out with Thanatos, it would be better to pick the right spots and go for them.

You'll be surprised how much they'll jump/poke after a few 5B > 5D, but I totally understand your point. The thing is, if you do 5C(2) into anything, they can jump out and escape the mixup completely, not even 2C hits them. 5C(1) into 2C or 5D is actually good though. Again there are different types of players too, not everyone will react the same way vs Thanatos, some will react, some will predict.

Yes of course, that's why I said it, so that we start experimenting with new stuff AS we learn the game, no need rush but practice it a bit in online/offline sessions. depends on what are you using before 5D. 5B > 5D is a legit mixup because if you do 5b > 5C instead if they try to jump they'll get hit by it allowing you to get a free A.Bufu for example. Also don't take too many risks, but you definitely need to be patient and stall (zone) a bit. Remember that Liz is not really a zoner, she can do it but that's not her main gameplan (except maybe vs Kanji/Aki/Chie), she punishes hard for dumb stuff, so you need to create those situations and punish accordingly. For now I like to think of Elizabeth as a "semi-guile", in the sense that the main way of her damage comes from forcing the opp to take bad desicions or after you condition them with a certain mixup (like grapplers do). That's why I think Liz is so interesting, her main gameplan is very "freestyle", but there are still things you can or can't do/abuse, but the #1 thing you need to aim after you get a combo, if you're not going for a reset is cornering them. There's a specific spacing Liz can have, where the opp is cornered + fear + stun, amd if they try to hit Thanatos out of 5D mixup (on wakeup) you can tag them with 5B into another big combo, in those situations 5D becomes godlike, also if you read a DP, roll or short hop you (you can't block during those btw) can punish them really hard too.

Lol I can agree 100% with this. I think Liz needs something a biiiiit more solid, maybe a change in her playstle? I don't mean a patch, just players using her a bit differently. Even though she's already beastly enough, Fear + Stun is awesome.
