I wasn't sure where to ask, so I'll ask here. Long story short, my PS3 decided to bite the dust and I purchased a new one. I have a new account and everything. I've started using V-13 again and I have a decent grasp of her combos, but I'm still getting used to her neutral-wise. I have some trouble fighting Azrael. How exactly do you move against him? I just feel like I lose control the minute he lands a hit. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong in that matchup. Can someone give a good, general overview of what I should be doing to escape asap at the start of the round? I was covered under a mountain of salt last night but I have a clearer mind today.

There are times where I get that mentality as well so you're not alone. I want to try and break that cycle because its wrong and I won't learn anything that way. I find myself being very pessimistic when I run into someone who would most likely crush me.

Yeah, Nu/Lambda have to be very careful about swords with that thing.

There's a few matches with Necro Undine floating around. They could be helpful.

No, unfortunately. I learned this game through trial and error mostly, and watching others play. Hopefully the next one has a better guide to help beginners.

That's exactly what I meant by sluggish. I know she's very mobile. It's just swords I tend to have a hard time with. I just have to keep practicing and getting timing right, pretty much.

Kinda like how a Hakumen just gives up and rqs on me when he kept jumping into Nu/Lambda drives all day. Also, my newest pet peeve - people who interrupt sets you're about to have against someone in the lobby. I'm looking at you ms.green_jeans.

I'm trying to get used to Lambda but she feels sluggish to me. Does anyone else have that issue? I really have to be careful not to whiff anything.
