People who either beat you or you beat them and don't say GGs or give you a chance for a runback. Seriously, don't join my room if you're going to do that crap to me. No matter how annoyed or frustrated I get, I always try to say GGs.

Well, it's early in the morning. I'd just wait until later in the day. I fought a few okay connections and logged off. The game isn't going super strong or anything but its not bad.

I want to try and get into this game finally, and was considering Chipp as a main. 1. Is he hard? 2. Is he okay on pad? I've gotten a few decent combos out in training but online is gonna be different. 3. How does his neutral work?
