You guys do realize that the stream for Xrd is running on twitch almost every day right? They aren't even running at tournament right now, it's just casuals at the moment. If you check the channel between say 10 AM to midnight Japan time (the hours Mikado is open) chances are you can catch some stream matches. Of course, that is providing anyone is playing on the stream cab. There are something like 11 or 12 cabs but only one of them is always hooked up to the stream. Just a heads up.

I don't think FAB went easy on him. For one, FAB probably has almost no match up experience vs Sin. In addition, Pachi already knows how to play him very well considering he was part of designing the character. Pachi also has always just been a strong player. You do realize he was on the winning SBO team one year back in the day, right? As for the Elphelt match vs Gazou, I think they were playing less seriously in that one. Gazou seemed more concerned about putting his fingers in Elphelt's butt more than anything else lol.

Yea that was me and King of Heart talking in the vid. I watched the whole match without realizing it was PS3 until he pointed it out at the end. So no, I haven't noticed any frame drop issues. It looked exactly the same as the arcade version in person.

Fuck I missed the Xrd exhibition at Madcatz. Took forever to get to play.

Elphelt IK - she pulls a bullet from her tits and loads a rifle and head shots you. Then you fall in love with her and your eyes turn into hearts and you are in a pretty field lol

I'm in line to play Xrd. 55 minute estimated wait time. I'll try out Elphelt but I doubt I can learn much from such a short time to play and such long wait times.

Well I'm rusty as hell at +R but lack of Xrd from mid October onward will force me to practice it again. If I have the free time I think I want to make it.

I'll be at TGS this weekend to try out all kinds of stuff. Trailer is ultra hype. I love the new song. Both characters seem cool. I really like Elphelt's play style. It seems her grenade blast can hit her as well just like Faust bombs (you notice it after Sin whiffs RTL in the 1st dengeki vid). That win animation where she gets over excited about wedding talk and has that nosebleed had me rolling! Also, when I first saw Leo he almost looked like he was in the Holy Order but then everyone on this thread said he looks similar to Slayer... I don't know what to think but he does look pretty bad ass. Also, there's gonna be a tournament on Sunday at TGS with a 64 player cap. I'm gonna do my best to enter.

Are you guys really going to run Xrd even though it comes out one day earlier? I may try to come to this depending on how my future work schedule ends up.

Yea pretty much same with me. I wasn't able to get a ticket cuz I slacked off on buying it and it was sold out when I tried. I will also try for the free space. Hopefully it isn't totally crappy or doesn't fill up and they turn me away.

I couldn't enter any qualifiers this past weekend. I tried on Saturday but my train got delayed so I wouldn't have made it on time.... Sunday I had other business to tend to so I couldn't try. 2 more chances for me and that's it...

It is almost a given that they will add more colors for console. Every single GG fighter has had extra colors compared to the arcade version.

This is pretty correct. This can be said about pretty much any game though. Certain arcades are just kind of chosen by players to be hot spots where they like to gather. Overall though, Xrd is doing quite well in arcades. The numbers for Arc Revo quals are not extremely high in general but I think it is simply because a lot of people just don't feel confident enough to compete or have busy schedules and can't make it to a lot of them. As far as people who show up to other various tournaments or casuals, there are quite a lot of them. This year, the schedule is much more condensed into a smaller time frame so there are more tournaments going on at the same time as eachother as well. I think the game is doing quite well overall.
