Those oki setups off sweep at the end of the video are great, only problem is reacting in time from a confirmed sweep to go into it.
-
Not sure if this has been posted, but it's taken from the CC Mitsuru tutorial: Corner Only: 2AB>B Coup>2A>2B>2D>[j.B]>j.C>C Bufula>[5B]>2AB>B Coup Meterless corner combo, 4165dmg. 36 meter gain. Option to add 2*Bufudyne after. Pretty sweet combo that doesn't require CH or crouching so its gonna become my new default corner combo.

I got p4a the day it released in NA, and am traditionally a Mitsu player. Getting in hitconfirms from neutral is pretty easy with me for her, just because her 5A has such long range. Aigis' 5A in comparison is really short, so I assumed it would be much harder to just go in and do it, especially since it starts from non-orgia mode. In general though Im a newbie FGC player, as I started playing seriously in April and started with SF4 before moving to Persona when it released.

There was a midscreen combo I kept seeing someone in the Fraud Free Fridays Tourney(The guy using it was facing 2gb's Aigis and eventually lost the set) that started with 5a and didn't use a OMC, but did around 3k+ dmg each time. Not sure if it was off a counterhit or not, but the opponent was standing. Anyone know what this is?
-
That oki looks sweet. One question though, in what situations would using the combo be viable, since it starts from neutral?
-
Sweet, ya I got it in a few tries. I'll just stick with this one, as it seems like the other one would be way too hard to get in an actual match.
-
whats the easier version? Ive been practicing the combo for over an hour and it seems almost nigh impossible, specifically getting the cannon to come out at the right time so that you can combo into 5b afterwards.
-
Thanks, looks like it's time to finally practice doing IAD's.

Is there a combo that goes into orgia mode from a j.B? 5AA > 22B > j.C(1) > j.236D > 5B > j.B > j.2B doesn't seem to work with a jumpin as it pushes the opponent too far. Also what are the general BnB's that I should learn for Aigis? The op seems pretty low on combos.

Thanks for the info. And there's gonna be GGAC+r? Sold.
-
I meant the old one. Just deciding if sticking with p4u long term would be worth it if no one plays locally. If HQ has them then alls good.
-
So does Gety have P4U or GG yet? Do you guys even go there anymore?
-
I've had the same thing, expect its with me on offense. I never mash DP in games and use them sparingly, but when I do use it more than half the time its baited. Facing other Mitsus, their DP's never give me problems.

I like Mitsu too much to quit now. lol. I know she's good, but I just don't know what to do once a character starts blocking my attacks, except go into sweep xx b droit to catch them if they press a button and since that's the only string I know, it becomes very predictable. Often I just end up going into A coup off a few blocked 5A's even though I know it puts me at a disadvantage as it leads to nothing and I can't do anything but block an impending attack. Any examples of Mitsu block strings would be greatly appreciated.
-
Doesn't that make blocking her attacks and counter attacking very easy? So far I've found all you really need to do is hold down-back and you're safe from 95% of Mitsu's attacks outside of her AOA, while for other characters I constantly need to worry about blocking standing or blocking crouching when thy're doing a block string.
-
Does anyone know of any Mitsu blockstrings? There's no info on that anywhere. Are any of them high low mixups by any chance as well? It seems that all characters blockstrings have a high low mixup of some kind except for Mitsu and Elizabeth.
-
I would be sure, though I wouldn't be able to play until later tonight. Play on PSN.
-
I guess what I mean is what are Mitsus general mixups midrange and in the corner? I don't seem to know any other than her crossup, which isn't good for getting people into the corner.
-
Does anyone know of mixups after landing a blocked or hit A coup from a 5AAA or 2AAA that forces the opponent to block or else they eat some damage? I was facing a labrys in a few sets and realized her whole pressure game revolves around you not being able to anything but block or else she will hit you. With Mitsu the only thing I have so far is an immediate crossup j.B attempt, but that can be avoided if the opponent jumps. Other than that going into another 5A or 2A is susceptible to a jab.

Is it possible to do 5AA> 5B> 2AB> B Coup ? I've been trying to do it and the 2AB just never seems to connect, it's not even close.
-
For the combo jDD> C Bufula> [6B]> 2B> 2DD> 4B> 2AB> B Coup do you pretty much need to add the 6B? I found that with only using 2B it pretty much almost never works as you need to be relatively close to the opponent for it to connect, and as players aren't just going to stand still for you it pretty much never connects.

Can anyone tell me how to properly utilize Mitsu's persona attacks? I keep trying to practice 5D combos in game and it seems like it never works as it always hits when the opponent is airborne making it uncomboable. The length of time that the persona is out also makes it very vulnerable to be hit causing me to almost forgo using persona attacks altogether in friendlies.
-
Got it. game seems really fun so far. It also helps if you've played the Persona RPG's.

Thanks! Okay I looked at the wiki and am thinking of practicing these: Midscreen: 2a 2b 5c 2c 3c SoD 5c 6c RC 6b 6a j.2c 2b 6a j.2c 2b 5c 6c Corner 6B > SoD > 6A > 5C > 2C > jC > j2C > j6D > 2B > 6A > jC > j2C Is this okay to start with? Or should I do something else? And is there anything to confirm the hit on the corner combo before going into SoD or is 6B sufficient? Sorry, I'm a blazblue newbie in general so everythings new to me.

For someone just starting out with this character what are her absolute essential BnB's that should be learned first?
