  3. Didn't try it off of a raw mondlicht because we're never going to land one in an actual match. Tried it off of 5B > 5C > 6D > j.A > 5D > h[5B > 5C > tk.214B > IAD], and I couldn't red beat it (though admittedly I didn't spent too much time on it). Have you tested it's use off of 5C > 6D > j.A > 5D > h[5B > 5C > tk.214B > IAD]? Because if it doesn't work off of that then it's completely impractical, and even if it does work off of that unless it's relatively easy to do in comparison to 5C > 6D > j.A > 5D > h[5B > 5C > tk.214B > IAD] > j.D > j.A > j.A > 5D > h[2C], etc it's still pretty impractical. I will say that it's an interesting concept, and it'd be cool if it worked and was practical. I'm sure that you can do 2 in a combo but you're not going to get much afterwards, SMP doesn't always necessarily blue beat the combo immediately after, it just reduces the amount of time you have to combo. Also, tested out two of our combos that have OD in them for damage/heat/OD level (had a bit of trouble with pinpointing the required OD level): -6C > 2C > 6B > 2C > 5C > j.D > w[j.A > j.C > dj.C > j.236A > j.236B > 6D] > j.D > j.C > OD(3-4) > j.B > j.214B > 8D > w[j.B > j.214A] > 5D > 2C > 632146D [5386 DMG, 27 HG] -5C > 6D > j.A > 5C > 236A > 6D > 5D > h[2C > 6B > 2C > OD(7-8) > 2C] > j.D > j.B > j.214B > 5C > 236B > j.236B > 6D > j.214A > 5D > h[2C > 632146D] [5345 DMG, 34 HG] Which left me a bit perplexed. OD with 30% health left feels a lot different from OD with 39% health left even though they are technically the same level (level 7, 420 frames). Did multiple tests in order to see if it was just a speed issue but the results haven't changed. Eh.
  5. No, it doesn't have more corner carry and that combo doesn't even work because mondlicht has SMP. Not to mention the fact that you're never going to get a tk.214B starter like that. You can't just stick two tk.214B's in your combo like that. Also, I'll test this IAD > j.B > j.A > j.B > 2C when I get on just to make sure, sounds very dubious. Edit: Doesn't work.
  6. Mondlicht has SMP. Also, we could already do tk.214B > IAD > j.D > w[j.A > j.A] > 5D > 2C, etc.
  7. Corner throw > 5B > 236A is much stricter on Amane. I'd just go with 5B > 2C > 6C, etc on him. Thanks. Fixed. Uhm? Uhh?
  8. I'm not the greatest at baiting DP's, but I mainly use w[4D]. On certain characters such as Litchi I'll just block it so I get a good human CH starter. We also have the Joker ender/safe-jump set-up. Try to get some games in with Kokonoe if you can, I'm a bit curious about that match-up. Haven't really played it much. Yeah, I do this too.

  13. Update: -Added beginner combo section in the combo thread. -Added F.A.Q to the combo thread. I will be expanding this. -We now have a character specific section in the combo thread. Side Note For Kiba: The combos in the beginner combo section will not be added to thread's total combo count. Also, not sure whether or not the combos in the beginner combo section are appropriate. Revisions may be made, after which I may need to ask a favor from you Kiba in order to make things easier for the beginners.

  16. Have you had trouble doing it on anyone else aside from Kokonoe? I haven't bought the DLC yet.

Not bad, but we have better combo options such as: 5C CH > 6D > 5D > h[2C > 6B > Slight Delay 2C > 5C > tk.214B] > 6D > 5D > h[2C > 6C > 236A > 5B > 2C > j.B > dj.B > j.C] Which does 3928 damage. Combos from optimal starters such as w[5C CH] that have j.B > tk.214B in them usually aren't going to be optimal.
