  1. Analyze that one match, over and over again. You may notice a few things. Heck, I'd encourage you to analyze all of your losses. I can't. This signature is the very foundation of hope and strength. This signature is a godsend sent down from the heavens above; the likes of which you have never seen before. This signature will drive you. This signature will haunt your existence. This signature will shape your very being. This signature is like no other signature that has ever been signatured before. Every time you play BlazBlue from now on, this signature will resonate inside your mind. It will make you angry, it will make you vengeful, and above all else it will make you a better player. Because, when you finally beat me; this signature will be no more. Make it happen, captain. *wink of encouragement* The cards are in your hand, player. What will you do? The choice is yours. At the end of the day; whatever happens, happens. The tides of fate control everything. But, let me let you in on a little secret. In this particular reality... You control the sea.
  2. Don't feel bad. I can decimate pretty much everyone on Vita aside from a select few such as darkassasin333 and givinguponlife. If I went to ps3 I'm certain that I'd get bodied, though. I'd actually like to, and I may be purchasing a ps3 in the near future if things go accordingly. GG's you two.
  3. I love how Celebrity posted pretty much exactly what I was going to post except funnier. Thank you.
  4. 2A > 2C stuff is generally better for midscreen damage, but only very slightly. That combo at 40 seconds seemed a bit odd and relatively pointless, but interesting to see nonetheless. 5C > 6D > j.A > 5D > h[5B > 5C > tk.214B > IAD] > j.D > j.A > j.A > 5B > j.A > j.A > j.A > j.C > dj.D > h[j.C] stuff is generally a better option from w[5C] midscreen confirm. That guy was on a mission to astral everyone, hah. He could have won the Taokaka match if he had just chosen to RC his 236A confirm at 7:05. In CP I'm most likely going to be using 2B/6C after a RC'd 236A as opposed to the 2C frame-trap; for the most part.
  5. Use whoever you want to use for whatever reasons that you choose to value. Whether that be for character preference, tier preference, etc. Crying and moaning about intrapersonal reasoning's that pertain to a video game (which in itself is just a form of subjective escapism) is just silly. Your ideological values are no better than anyone else's, plain and simple. Most people have a hard time accepting this, some moreso than others; I am no exception.
  6. Relius's body/facial features/voice, etc represent that of a middle aged man. Also, Shyn vs samthegreat $5000 money match 2013 extravaganza edition for the Rachel palette. Make it happen.
  7. Blonde hair + old man = No. You guys can have it.
  8. Kiba, this may seem like an odd question. But do any of the new color palettes tickle your fancy? In Extend my main color from day 1 was the light blue with black hair and a pink ribbon in the first set of colors. It's been removed in CP though. For CP, I may just use the color that Zekuso uses; as it's similar in design. But I do like the second one here and I really, really like the 5th one here as well.
  9. The Zekuso vs Noze match was great. At 68 seconds in the third round they had a long-winded footsies battle, then out of nowhere Zekuso just lands a raw 6B fatal. Oh boy, hah. That Noze vs Masashi match. No. Kiba, ever watch a match that you know the outcome of but still hope that the outcome doesn't come to fruition? So disappointing to see Masashi get perfected at Arc Revo like that, and I can't even imagine how he felt. Poor guy. At least he lost to a strong Hazama player as opposed to someone less known. That match with Ciel was good, mainly because I got to see the w[7C] > j.D > j.C stuff again. He could have gotten more damage with 5C > 236A stuff though, as you stated.
  10. I can attest to this.
  11. Sure, why not. Here's something very simple that I put together in 5 minutes of photoshop. Had to do a bit of re-sizing/cropping though because the max avatar size for a mod is 160x100 and the max size for a regular member is 160x64. If you surpass these sizes then it automatically downsizes, which you don't want. I really like the way pink and light blue go together so I added some light blue text with a slight black border around it. I also added a 2px purple border around the entire image. I assumed that you wanted a lowercase "t" on "Toan" since that toanidiz or whoever fellow on Dustloop doesn't use an uppercase "T". As I mentioned before, don't feel compelled to use these or anything since they really only took me a couple of minutes to make. But if you do, that's cool. Anyways, here ya go.
  12. Arc Revo Zekuso (VK) vs Konan (TS) Zekuso barely won that. My god, that was intense. He was a bit reckless with those beast cannons though. Konan kept anti-air DP'ing him as well since Tsubaki's DP has a good bit of vertical range. Thanks to pktazn for posting.
  13. Where are you getting that from. inb4BradyGuide.
  14. Not every way. In UMvC3 it's invincibility frames on start-up were increased but they nerfed it with added damage scaling. To be quite honest, any sort of counter super with superflash is probably going to be relatively useless/obsolete.
  15. What is this, week 1 UMvC3?
  16. *Insert obligatory complaint about Valkenhayn by Hi_Pikachu* Yeah, people tend to get hit by that a lot. I don't blame them.
  17. Rapid slash is not special cancellable on block.
  18. Oh no, I'm not mad or anything. And I figured that you were joking, you didn't need to add any sort of emoticon; but I just wasn't certain. That's why I felt the need to make a quick clarification. Better safe then sorry.
  19. No, I did. I finished the post about halfway through initially, but I really needed to go do something extremely important that I was procrastinating about for quite a while. Thus, I saved my halfway written post in a .txt file and proceeded to do what I needed to do. Anyhow, here's my finished post/my take on you, Star: I am in no way qualified to be on this show, this is mainly due to the fact that I've only been playing BB for a rather short period of time. I believe it's been about a year now? Who knows. However, this site clearly does contain people who would be qualified and do have a vast amount of knowledge to share that has been accumulated through years and years of legitimate experience. Now, here you are. Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to fabricate things and pretend as though I know everything about you, because I don't. However, I have read quite a few of your posts (that I happen to come across while checking out threads and such) and your disposition is seemingly quite schizophrenic. And in most cases, your mood seems to turn sour rather quickly and as a result your posts begin to become sassy/contemptuous/bitter/self-destructive, etc. Or at least, these are the instances that I've been witnessing. Just take a look at your last 3 posts in this thread for example: Collapsed: Last 3 Posts: You don't come off as any sort of idiot to me. And I may be mistaken but I do believe that you want to get along with people/play games with them/gradually improve, etc. But you do seem to lack a strong sense of self-awareness (either that or A. You do it intentionally or B. Your negative emotions/feelings heavily reinforce your posting). Those last 3 posts could have easily been perceived in a negative manner. The first one is a sort of "Whatever" type of response, the 2nd is a "I just threatened you all, but forget it. As I'm clearly not important enough/I'm tired of this" type of response, and the third is a blatant threat which in itself was quite silly. We're using text to communication with each other via the internet. And with that being said you need to learn to control your emotionally induced posting in order to maintain relationships with most forum-goers (assuming of course, that you actually want to maintain relationships with said people). Sure, I guess this may be easier said than done. But hey, perhaps putting it out on the table/bringing it up is enough to at the very least partially instill some sort positive growth/way forward? Who knows? I certainly don't. In short, you come off as an extremely emotionally unstable individual. You're all over the place. The show seemed to be doing quite well at first. You had people who were interested, others who wanted to see you doing something positive, etc. And then, all of the sudden, you hit a little bump in the road (the argument with that "Gio" fellow, which in all fairness wasn't entirely your fault) and BAM! You just explode into your usual emotionally induced posting habits. At times it seems as though you want to change for the better (I've seen some nice positive posts from you) but you always seem to end up right back to where you started. I don't know how you feel about this habit of yours, but if I were you I'd feel quite disheartened (not saying that you should, but I just know that it'd suck to be in that sort of situation, y'know?). The good news is, I'm almost certain that you can mend some of your broken relationships. The Dustloop community seems to be very kind and forgiving. But you'll have to get past this whole "downwards spiral" that you're currently in. So yeah, my intrapersonal perception of your plight isn't any sort of "end-all, be-all" type of thing. But perhaps it holds some truth, or perhaps it holds none and I'm way off here? That's really up to you to decide, not me.
  20. Would you mind if I gave you some advice?
  21. 1D! I should have known. Oh well. Just tested now, and it's definitely it. Though, I can't red beat it at the moment but I'll work on it. What is the recommended ender for damage purposes? I find that I have serious issues with conserving meter as all my combos use 2-4 wind stock aside from a very select few. Most use 3. Learning to balance wind usage between zoning, pumpkin, pressure, combos, etc is going to take some time.
  22. Hey, no worries. I appreciate the response. Luckily I managed to finally get it down on Hazama 2 days ago. From what I can tell, it had something to do with my j.2C (level 2) height being too low. Thank you for offering to record it, that is really generous of you! And I took note of the other stuff that you wrote as well and fixed a few things. Attempting to get this j.2C FC timing down as well. Oh, you're too kind. I don't particularly like asking too many questions about stuff like this but I was actually wondering about one little thing. I saw this combo a little while back that went something like this Midscreen: 6A CH > Dash > 5B > j.C > 2D > Jump Cancel > j.2C (level 2) > j.214A (I think), 4D > 5CC > 236B/C (one of the two) > (Frog) > Dash > 3C > 214B. Can't quite remember it all too well but I do recollect it being aesthetically pleasing (in my opinion).
  23. It fluctuates quite frequently, somewhere between 7-10p.m-ish EST is usually a good time though.
