Raw AC is almost worthless now I don't think 2D even works on some characters. --- Currently optimizing this: Corner 5C Confirm (towards corner) -> MTW DM: 5833 5C > 6A > 2C > Asledge > 5C > 6B > jC > jD > 5C > 6B > j2C > 5B > 5C > 6A > 2C > AC > 45-Spark > MTW > GF Keep Corner (doesn't require Spark Bolt either).   4. No, the second hit will hit you immediately after your invuln frames (you can barely block in time though). Good luck reacting with a backdash in time too. You can also avoid the second hit just by crouching. Soutenjin is a pretty terrible reversal all-in-all.
  5. Ranked has actually been pretty fucking awesome for me. I'm surprised. No laggy matches at all (with it set to 2bar+) Really neat how you can toggle it on and go do other things too.

  7. If you want to be optimal you should just FC j2C him lol. You can get away with almost anything afterwards. Just hit 9 after blocking the first hit; the second hit will miss you.

  10. I'm not sure, this happened on-the-fly, I'm pretty sure it's her 3CC part though (edit, looked at frame data, she's "in the air" F23-31). It's very similar to Bang's 6C. What happened was I jumped forward right when she tried to 3CC and I input 360C and she went flying up into the air in an unmovable state. What I'm most interested in is potential stuff on 3C>IB>reverse 3CC. Looking at the frame data though I don't think anything would be possible except maybe 720.

  13. Depends entirely on whether or not Shar gets a Tuesday or Wednesday (obviously excepting the 24th/25th) and of course, if he feels like doing casuals. I won't be available this week either for obvious reasons.
  14. Pretty much my opinion. I'll definitely pick it up but it'll just be a side-game for me like P4A was.
  15. Learning to listen to Mu's Stein-setting (her D buttons) will help you enormously in this matchup. You can get Voltec Charge off safely if you pay attention. She summons slower, multi-hit lasers only by holding the button, which means she can't use them quickly. So if she rapidly uses multiple D moves, you know they're weak single-hit lasers. You might be tempted to keep your eyes on the steins themselves, but you really ought to be paying close attention to her animation rhythm instead. It's a bit difficult to explain, once you get used to listening to the rhythm of her audio cues for all her D moves, you'll be able to accurately predict when lasers are going to come out and which type is being used, as well as what you can do to avoid them. I think I finally figured out what was causing all the "lasers are slower/faster" confusion. I think in CP her new lasers now have a bit more tracking time. This means if you move your position after she sets one, the stein has to rotate to point at you before it fires, and that animation itself feels like it's a bit slower. The lasers themselves feel the same to me apart from Divine Light of Punishment. It could easily just be a side-effect of the faster speed of the game though.

  19. If she's magnetized you can 360C her out of a whiffed 3C, it's pretty silly looking. You can even just 360C whiff (possibly AC whiff too) and she'll get pulled into the air in a state that's impossible for her to move, similar to Bang's 6C shenanigans. I haven't done any thorough testing in Training mode, but this may mean we can IB the first hit then do something on the second hit.
  20. Gasenshou goes underneath tk hotaru, which is nice. So he can't mash a Hotaru for easy CHs if you try to go for a Gasenshou.

  24. Feels like this is still his worst MU by a pretty large margin. If he touches you you lose because you won't ever hit him for the rest of the round if he doesn't want you to. 45 Spark is unfortunately, not as useful as I had hoped. He has all the right tools to put himself in 45 Spark's blindspots.
