  1. Yeah, this is where I just give up.
  2. I think I just proved myself right about 360B
  3. 75% certain that 360B's hitbox is further away from my hurtbox than Gurren's hitbox is away from your hurtbox. Thus when the two collide, 360B would win barely. Wow, magnetism wore the instant I used that 720. It's a sign that I should be done soon.
  4. I really should use 360B to predict your Kishuu/Gurrens. I kill myself with 360A every single time.
  5. Yeah, I don't buy that Burst block for a second. I input the Burst before the first hit of Renka.
  6. I'm slowly becoming that asshole Tager that joins and ruins rooms.
  7. I would've been very disappointed if you hadn't.
  8. Because Sword of Doom is dum.
  9. 5B is the optimal punish for just about everything, as it's a Fatal Counter that makes jB(1) > j214B possible, amongst other things. You start FC combos with either FC 5B > 236C/D > 4C > F.Action or FC 5B > 236B > 6C/D > F.Action
  10. This is the perfect "out of context" quote ever.
  11. Nani--? Nani--? Nani--? Nani--? Nani--? Nani--? [repeat a gazillion times]
  12. Wow, Aksys at E3 is surprising. Pleasantly so, but still surprising.
  13. NEW GUILTY GEAR IS COMING OUT IT'S GOT 3D GRAPHICS AND I LIKE THAT.
  14. Air DB floats on ground CH. It's an extremely short float, though. I was able to do: CH DB > FRC > land > 5K/c.S > jP > jK > jS > dj jK > jS > Ensenga. Does not float raw. --- Unrelated to that, unless the entire cast has gotten a damage buff, Johnny himself has gotten a noticeable buff. Johnny can't double jump after a super jump, but can air dash. He can also air dash after 2 jumps during a Dust. (not sure if the latter is relevant though) New coin doesn't knockdown in air, it acts just like a regular hit. High coin is obviously timed so that is it meaty off of 2D.
  15. Hell just do Nu's Throw.
  16. That man has a ck thicker than his head. The funny part is that it's true!
  17. Thank you for the replies. The only FRC I use frequently is Johnny's travels for flying fullscreen ninja kicks.
  18. So ArcSys, you've only got 1 week left of "Spring 2013" for our +R patch
  19. Even on hit? Can someone give me an example where you want to RC instead of FRC, even on a hit? I'm asking seriously here, I'm not overly familiar with the entire cast's combos. I've no problem with what i call the "utility FRC" which is where you cancel it a unique time in the move to produce a different effect (i.e. Johnny's Travel specials). It's the FRCs that are only applicable after landing a hit that I find weird (i.e. Killer Joker)
  20. Well yeah, that was essentially my second point. I just wish FRC's weren't so pre-ordained. The only real whiff-FRC I've seen that I liked are Johnny's off of his travel specials, and his 6K > FRC > grip setup. Albeit I haven't found a real use for the latter.
  21. Could you not say the exact same thing about RC and FRC? One of them is always better, despite them being the exact same button only with better timing. The only thing I like about FRC is the ability to cancel moves on whiff, or in some cases before the move even becomes active. I think it would add more strategic depth however if you could use it at any time during the animation. I can see that leading to some crazy mix-ups. --- I'm personally going with "Excerd" like saying "Exceed" only with an R in place of the second E.
  22. I liked the way Just inputs worked in SC4. They weren't (usually) necessary at all for doing your combo string, but they did do stuff way faster and for slightly more damage. Not to mention they usually had unique SFX that made them cooler. It was a good way of rewarding super-good execution without making it a barrier to beginning players. I don't believe CSE has it. I don't know anything about the PSP versions of anything, I don't have them on my Vita.
