How Clavis was given "birth" was explained by Raquel in the novel. Someone in the past touched a portion of the Azure and created him by using the power of Azure. He is an Illusionary Creature(is that how one translate it? 幻想生物). Naoto asks if Raquel is one as well since she is his daughter, however she says she is simply a vampire with a Drive. Her Drive is Tempest, the ability to control wind. Naoto also asks if his Haunter's Eye is his Drive, however Raquel doesn't think so. It's more likely that it was moved unto him. Drive is the Materilazation of the soul's power(魂の力の具現化) and it's gained primarily by two methods. 1, The soul is strong and thus pulls the Azure towards it (Relius, Valkenhayn). 2, The soul comes closer to the Azure (Spinner Superior). The closer the soul it the Azure, the stronger the Drive is.

No, it's not because of the bite. Naoto is dead, he is neither a vampire nor a human. He's something between. The reason he can live as normal is because Raquel shares her life with him. This results in that when Naoto get's wounded, the wounds heal immediately, however Raquel's value becomes lower. However this state will only be for one year. After that he becomes a vampire, and he likely won't be able to control his thirst and attack Haruka and might kill her. So he agreed to help Raquel to find the Azure and use it to turn him back into a human.

Turns back to normal almost immediately. It likely only appears when Naoto is using Bloodedge.

About Naoto looking like Ragna, that happens in his battle against Isa who's got giant beetle legs grown out from his back. During the battle he could do nothing but running around and evading, which made him remember how strong Clavis was and how sharp his attacks was. This in return triigers a memory in Naoto about the time when his mother died, and that during that time there was blade made out of blood. After that Isa attacks Naoto, however Naoto's hair turn white and his eyes turns red and in his hand he holds a red katana made out of blood, which Naoto uses to cut off the legs. A short while after Kiiro appears and says to Naoto "Ha... Come... Chop me up with your "Bloodedge"..."

Done with chapter 3. Hikagami Kiiro (the Es look alike) creeps me out... Some info about her: She is part of Mitsurugi Agency and she is the one who hired the Immortal Breakers Valkenhayn Hellsing and Relius Clover. She hired them to locate and annihilate the No Life King Clavis Alucard because she believes that he is to powerful for the world's order to not be managed. She first meet Naoto when she follows Relius and Valkenhayn to clean up the mess they leave behind after fighting. The creepy part of her is the very first moment she meets Naoto, she tries to pull him away from Raquel and try to seduce him. Naoto however pushes her away and rejects her but she doesn't get sad or mad, she only gets more aroused by it. And to contrast her lovey dovey SM with Naoto, to Raquel she looks at Raquel coldly and say's she is in the way and it's only because Naoto is there that she doesn't capture Raquel and dismantle her here and now. And before she left, she asked Naoto what kind of Drive he possessed which only confused Naoto since he doesn't know what a Drive is. A completely different thing, but the Magic Guild uses the Xblaze spelling (魔導協会) instead of the Blazblue spelling (魔道協会)

Terumi Saya calls Naoto nii-sama. Might be some more meaning behind this after I've read the book since both Naoto and Haruka knew her.

Not sure yet, he said he came there to pick up his daughter, but he left her there with Naoto in the end. He was also the one who made Naoto's new right arm using his own blood, although at first Naoto didn't know this.

Clavis sure is strong. He fought Relius and Valkenhayn at the same time while making sure to protect the kitchen, the table with the tea cup and the place where Raquel and Naoto stood while acting like he was only going home from a friend's house.

真紅の魔眼(スレイブレッド) Crimson Demon Eye(Slave Red) it's an ability that let's Rachel control people. Not yet, I'm still at chapter 2. I just passed the scene were Relius Clover and Valkenhayn was introduced. They are part the Immortality disposal group, Immortal Breaker.

That isn't Terumi Saya, there is no image of her. That is Hikagami Kiiro, she works for the Mitsurugi Agency. Haven't come to her yet in the book though.

More or less. She feels a lot younger in personality and she have big problem with those of the same gender as her. She is very persistent with that Naoto should call her Raquel-sama. She used Slave Red on Haruka to make her believe that Raquel is a cousin to Naoto, the same ability that Rachel tried to use on Amane in Amane's arcade.

Ain't done with the book. She said she was that old in chapter two. She is 2 years old and it was 4 days since she left her coffin. She says she hate wearing clothes since she never have done it before.

The Terumi looking guy's name is Spinner Superior (スピナー スペリオル) and is an magistrate from Ishana. And there are rumors that he is the man who has come closest to the Azure. Also another thing, Raquel is 2 years and 4 days old...

No, it's Naoto, look at the ahoge.

The black and white illustration, I skipped the arm cutting one. Haha, Kiiro with her hair down, she looks like a older Es.

It's at least Clavis that is entrusting his daughter Raquel to Naoto. Also, at the end of the book there is a girl named Terumi Saya that calls Naoto Nii-sama. Might make more sense of the situation after I've read the book.

They could be the same. It's not clear. Naoto thinks they look very similar, however Raquel looks older than the other girl. Also Raquel have golden eyes and the girl had red. It's not clear, since Naoto thinks her sad since is because she knows what's going to happen to him or she sees some resemblance in Naoto. Naoto couldn't either see any numbers above the girls head, which he knows only happens in dreams. In the bubble, it says "sell...".

What's this? A Vampire actually sucking blood in Blazblue... It's a shorter version of the ending of chapter one when Raquel sucks Naoto's blood to save him by turning him into her servant. Also, it looks like the real Rachel appeared in the first episode, Naoto was walking in the street and than suddenly everyone disappeared, but be hind him there was a 12 year old girl with red eyes, wearing a black dress, her blond hair was tied with two black ribbons that made her silhouette look like a rabbit. She looked at Naoto with a sad face and Naoto started to wonder if he didn't know her. And about Naoto's aunt, Hayami Yuki, I think there's a strong possibility with her being the same Yuki for Xblaze. Both always is at work, their personalities are similar, both has enormous chest. Looks like nothing was announced. I haven't seen anything from twitter, forum or from this article. But I might have simply missed something.

Not yet I believe. The book is released next Friday(2014-06-20).
