He sees his enemy as less than human. It makes sense, he's fighting a war. The NOL has to be destroyed, and if that means carving a path of violence into its core then so be it - he considers it justified. What he's doing isn't right to anyone but himself, though, even if we as onlookers can see all of the information and agree with his overall decision, if not his methods. And no, I don't think Ragna knows he's the Black Beast (as of Calamity Trigger), since he has to fuse with Nu to become it. I have no proof other than that logic, though. -

They did it to show off the CPS3's AMAZING POWAH. His colors stay on their correct sides, and his attacks' properties switch (fire/ice) based on the side facing the screen.

Oh good now I don't have to tell you. Although alternately you can click "User Lists" in their profile under their name and choose Add to Ignore List. Also 5'2" is like chest height on me, so that's pretty much ideal. Just sayin'.

5'2" is only short enough for a holy crap when you're an awkward man-giant. And +1 for regular Noel.

CS3? With the animation window open, there should be three tiny buttons towards the top of the layers palette. These buttons force a particular aspect of the selected layer over all frames of animation. The square in the dotted line is position, the eye is visibility, and the f is Style (layer blending and extra styles like glow and stroke). So make your border layer, then click visibility and and position. It'll propagate to all frames and save you a lot of time.
