I works best if the border is a color already present in the image. By having the border, which never changes, that's X amount of pixels that don't have to be re-assigned colors. It's not a huge benefit but I've used it to tuck a couple files in under the 48.8k limit.

I can bring 360 BlazBlue, and it'd let me use my fightpad. I'm gettin' kinda sick of using sticks and doing 3C instead of 6C.

The manga's a good read and goes on a little over a year past the anime. This GIF as-is meets Dustloop's relatively strict filesize requirements. If you wanted to lower it further, here's some tips. 1. The transparency on the text adds a bunch of colors. If the font were a solid color, it wouldn't need all the in-between blending colors. Smaller palette, smaller filesize. 2. A simple outline border will reduce the filesize a touch and give it a nice division against the forum background. Also... are the frames out of order, or is that just me? Something seems odd about the splatter, and there's a sudden jerk to the left. Other than that it's fine. (I posted this to my profile instead of yours, derrrr.)

Only Sammy and Arc know for sure, and they're sure as shit not talking. Everything else is rampant speculation, assumption, or blatant falsehood. That said, it doesn't matter. If a new Guilty Gear gets made, hooray. If not, well, it had a good run, and we could've been left with a hell of a lot worse than Accent Core.

You're using CS3 right? Dropping the filesize depends on what you've got so far. Got a link? Basic rules: drop colors, drop frames, limit how many pixels actually change color.

I fail to see a problem with getting specific information in a new thread versus asking in a thread that's already more than 50 pages. Thread lengths at Dustloop are fucking ridiculous - there's a reason most (big) forums hard limit them.
